Plantation Palms enjoys an enviable location on Fort Morgan Peninsula. With its expansive grounds and unhurried pace, it's an easy place to relax, let the kids roam and let the sound of the surf take you away. 6612 is a three bedroom that will provide you a base camp as you enjoy the pools, the beach, the tennis court and even the fort nearby. With a King, Queen and two twin beds every one will rest comfortably after a hard day of fun. The kitchen has all you need to dine in, or should you choose to dine out there are marvelous selections nearby. Two full baths assure no waiting and when you wake up in the morning the balcony provides a view to the end of the horizon. Think about booking an extra day, you'll be glad you did!

THINGS TO KNOW
The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

I know it’s at the end of the summer season and things have been used a lot. But a few things we noticed that needed attention. Sliding door glass seal was bronken and allowed glass to fog between glass so view was not good from living room. Mattress in Master was the worse I have ever tried to sleep on. Coffee pot was broken, no mattress pad on one bed. We went out and bought coffee pot and mattress pad so that should be taken care of. Carpet were dirty but to be expected after summer season. Table legs on deck are rusting May need replaced. Other than that we enjoyed the beach and pools at the Plantation.

Ideal vacation location

We love the beach view, the convenience to the beach, rooms were clean,. Our only concern was there was a leak under our Kitchen sink. It appeared to have been a problem for them while as there was a storage tub under there to catch Water. I reported the problem on Saturday. As of Tuesday when we left the problem was never fixed. I recorded it multiple times. Therefore, since there was a leak we had to hand wash Dishes. Overall, we had a great time though. I just hope that vacasa actually send someone to repair it.

The location was great and the size of unit was good but not very clean at all and outdated. Hot tub didn’t work. Beds weren’t comfortable or sturdy. Beach was beautiful. Pools were nice.

Very disappointed.

The condo unfortunately was not clean on arrival, & there were several broken doors, lights switches etc. The sliding glass door to the patio had no handle & was a major inconvenience. The door in front of the washer/dryer was also completely broken & just leaning against the wall. We contacted the verbo & they offered to have someone come fix the damage, but we didn't want the inconvenience of having so many things repaired during our trip. We did not appreciate arriving to a condo with that many damages with no prior notice. We also found several dirty dishes in the cabinets, & the air filter was filthy. The kitchen counters had not been cleaned either & we're visibly dirty. We also paid for the extended stay (until 2:00 p.m. on our final day) & my two teenager daughters were walked in on (while changing) by a male cleaner 2 hours before checkout. We also noticed that the cleaners in the unit next to us had small children cleaning with them. The unit was nice & spacious, but the balconies are tiny. The bed spread on the king size bed was also visibly dirty with actual dirt etc. on it when we arrived.

Great views

Kitchen was fully stocked- had everything I could’ve possibly needed. The master bedroom bed had a broken frame that was “fixed” with a piece of wood at the foot that made the mattress lower at the head. My husband was so uncomfortable he slept on the couch. The kids said their beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. The building could’ve been cleaner. The halls were in need of cleaning and the area where the trash is was always open and smelled really bad. Other than that we had a great stay. Still love gulf shores plantation!!
