Spend your days watching swimmers, surfers, and dolphins in the waves below from your balcony at this oceanfront condo in the Hawaiian Village complex of North Ocean City. Not only will you be steps from the beach, you'll have an indoor lap pool and an outdoor swimming pool waiting to welcome you home.
Inside this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning for your at-home comfort. There's even space to dine al fresco outside on the oceanfront balcony.
This mid-rise, oceanfront building is wonderfully located on the quieter, north side of Ocean City. You'll be one block from Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Lost Treasure Golf and the Sun & Surf Cinema. The Delaware state line is less than four blocks north, where you'll find the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, plentiful opportunities for tax-free shopping, and a number of restaurants, mini-golf courses, and other activities for all ages.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.There will be fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
