A boat slip is available with proper registration and proof of insurance. Ask your Rental Agent for specific information. Boat dock length approx. 18 feet long x 7.5 feet wide. Accommodate boat with approx. 7' beam. Garage dimensions could store trailer with approx 16.5 foot length and 9.5 foot width.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
