Enjoy quiet coastal living at this home nestled on the edge of the James Farm Ecological Preserve. Just a short drive from breweries, restaurants, renowned golf courses, and Bethany Beach, you'll feel like your world's away from everything in the private, fully fenced-in backyard. A large deck comes furnished for outdoor living and a grill is equipped for family barbecues. Beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes and helmets and assorted gear are provided for use during your stay.

Inside, stream shows and movies on the smart TV or settle down for game nights in the living room. The full kitchen has all your mealtimes covered.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not equipped with cable. Streaming is available with guests' personal credentials.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
