When it’s time to relax, feel free to gather around the flatscreen TV in the living room and enjoy a quiet evening at home. Or if you’re in need of a refreshing splash, don’t hesitate to visit the community outdoor pool and kiddie pool! Then, come back home to take a rejuvenating shower while the washer/dryer combo takes care of your swimming suits in the blink of an eye. The primary bedroom now has all-new hybrid bedding with a motion frame.

From May 15-September 30, guests must pay a $35 non-refundable building registration fee at check-in. An additional $35.00 is required for a second car, and space is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
