-Fully private, newly renovated apartment is for our guest enjoyment. The spacious living room has a comfy sofa and lounge chair for you to relax and watch TV. Dinner/Kitchen has all your necessities needed for you to feel right at home, the table is perfect for family/friends dinner and there is a stand w/ Keurig machine for you to make coffee or tea. The place is LIT with energy for you to enjoy your stay and there's a GRASS WALL for the perfect PHOTO OP!

-The master bedroom has a comfy queen size mattress, smart TV, Bluetooth radio w/ stereo, and a walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a comfy twin size mattress, smart TV, Bluetooth radio w/stereo, workspace (for business needs), and closet as well.

-The bathroom has a perfect garden tub just right for you to relax, the water pressure from the shower head is just right, and in case you forget to bring bathroom essentials we’ll have you covered (towels, tissue, toothpaste, toothbrush, and soap).

-On the patio there’s 2 chairs and a table for you to catch that Texas breeze (it’s super relaxing out there).

House Rules:

-No smoking in the home, violation of this rule will result in a $250 fee for smoke damage in the home.
-Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 3 pm, and check-out is 11 am. If you'd like an early check-in at 3:00 pm and/or late check-out at noon, please let us know 24hrs in advance and send us $35 via the Airbnb platform so that we can authorize this for you.
-The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware (although it’s very unlikely).
-Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $35/guest/night that stay for the duration of your visit (having visitors isn’t a issue)
-The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee. You don’t have to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it.

*We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.*
