Lake House Chalet Gorgeous Sunsets Lake Nepessing

A custom-built home built on high ground overlooking Lake Nepessing. The sunset views from 4 deck levels are spectacular. Surrounded by mature trees, squirrels, birds, and fragrant flowers. The private beach has a fire pit, patio chairs, and a hammock.

Springtime, summer, winter, fall this place is time for all seasons. World-class fishing walleye bass pike year-round. Sailing, windsurfing, pontooning, jet skiing in the summer & ice boating, snowmobile quad running & ice fishing all winter.
The space
The main living, kitchen, and dining take place on the second floor, where everyone can enjoy the ever-changing spectacular waterscape view from a wall of windows. It’s hard to describe the panorama that captivates your sight as you climb up the last stairs to the second level, where you have a fantastic view of the Lake from high above. As you sip your coffee in the morning or partake in a glass of wine / delicious beverage of your choice, with a bit of luck, you’ll see fish jumping and bald eagles swooping in to catch them. . You can also watch all this from our 8-person 450-gall hot tub with LED lights and Bluetooth speakers in our screened-in covered porch.

There are three bedrooms -
The two guest bedrooms located in the front of the house share one full bathroom with a shower and soaker-size bathtub as well as a separate half bathroom.

The Master bedroom is located on the lake side with French door walls opening to the second level deck. In the summer we enjoy our meals and lounging about here with a wonderful view down to the lake and beach area. The master bedroom has two toilets, glass shower and walk-in closet.

The cozy upper loft space above the living room - kitchen area has a Bowflex, inverse table, exercises two queen-size beds for a total of 5 queen- bike, as well asize foam mattresses. The loft area has banister railing BUT IS off limits to small children or inebriated persons.

Other things to note
Hot Tub in screened in Porch
The screened-in Porch on the lakeside first level adds 1000 extra feet of covered space,… great for dining, lounging, and watching TV during the evenings. Comfortable foam mattress sofas make hanging out in this area a lot of fun. This is also where the grill is fired up, and plenty of cold beverages are being imbibed taken from our full-size porch refrigerator.

Pontoon boat rental is also available for negotiation.

We have a bow flex and stationary bike exercise area in the loft.

Finally, the inconvenient sad truth. We live on a private driveway with half a dozen still friendly neighbors. We want to maintain happy relationships with our neighbors, so our property is unsuitable for loud, obnoxious crazy parties, orgies, lines of cars blocking our shared private drive, and many people wandering around all over the place ... you get the idea! Many neighbors around our lake now complain about loud, obnoxious VRBO parties and object to short-term rentals on Lake Nepessing which jeopardizes our right to STR our homes. We will not host guests that interfere with our neighbor's quiet enjoyment of their homes. So please do not inquire about or book our home if you are planning anything like I just mentioned.
