Welcome to 'The Grand Duke'. This gated townhome community named ‘The Duke’ is just minutes from Downtown Nashville! It’s a spacious 2 bedroom, end unit property featuring a stunning kitchen and island equipped with all the cooking utensils and appliances you could need. The kitchen is open to the living area allowing for a great entertainment space for your group.
On the 2nd and 3rd floors you will find 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms & bathrooms plus a laundry room. There is also a great balcony to sit out and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
If you decide to grill out, then we have supplied a grill on the front porch that you may use during your stay and don’t forget that parking and the building itself is all within a gated community.
The master suite contains 2 comfortable queen beds and the secondary bedroom features 2 wonderful full sized beds, all fully adorned with fresh linens & comforters provided for each stay.

Up the stairs just a little further you’ll find a secondary bedroom featuring a smart TV, two additional full beds, a walk-in closet & another full bathroom. Just around the corner is a full sized balcony with plenty of seating to enjoy your morning, afternoon and evenings outside. Don't forget that you can grill on the front porch if you desire too!
