This is your ultimate family getaway! Imagine yourself sipping your morning cup of coffee and gazing out at the incredible views of the city, bay & marina, and Mt. Baker from this beautifully home! Spacious, open, bright and airy feel. Huge backyard that is flat and fully fenced. As an added bonus, the house is only minutes to Oak Harbor where you get all the city convenience (Safeway, Walmart, Home Depot) and great restaurants!
This is a 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath rambler home about 2300 sqft. it's completely flat and accessible. See above for a photo of the floorplan.
**Floor Plan**
• Living room: comfy sectional couch, wood burning fireplace;
• Dining room: dining table comfortable seats 8, bar seating at the kitchen for 4 more;
• Primary bedroom: king bed, pack n' play, vanity table, ensuite bath;
• 2nd bedroom: queen bed
• 3rd bedroom: two twin beds side by side.
• Kids room: toys, books, pull out trundle day bed with two twin mattresses.
• Hall bathroom: tub + shower, to be shared by the rest of the bedrooms.
• 1/2 bathroom: located inside the laundry room off of the kitchen (easy to miss!)
• Laundry room: off of the kitchen (easy to miss!)

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• The detached garage is a finished (but not furnished) space so it's closed off not not part of the rental. There is plenty of parking on the lot.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
• Use of fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during the burn ban
