Pros and areas for improvement
We enjoyed our stay at this property for over one month and would choose to stay here again.
Pros:
+Nice, quiet neighborhood
+Excellent communication with host
+Accurate photos of property
+Excellent washer/dryer and dishwasher
+Excellent storage space for food in pantry
+Plenty of supplies: Cooking items; shampoo; bath towels; toilet paper; paper towels; laundry detergent, etc.
Areas for improvement shared with host:
-BBQ grill will light, but needs to be thrown out and replaced because it’s in such bad shape. We never felt like it could be used to cook on.
-Folding patio chairs very worn, ripped and need replaced.
-Carpeting needs professionally cleaned and/or replaced. Patched in one area upstairs and several bad stains that don’t look like they’ll come out.
-Housekeeping needs to do a better job on floor and carpeting. Some trash and dirt under furniture; long black hairs in several places.
-Needs kitchen towels and dish clothes.
-Furniture is very worn including one side of downstairs couch and also the mattress in the master bedroom. We made do ok though.
-Aesthetically, the yard needs to be cared for better with proper weed treatment, trimming, etc.
Overall though, the property is nice, but it could just be made much better with a little extra care.
