Welcome to our favorite place to be…our newly renovated “smart” townhome just steps to the beach! This 4BR/3BA townhome has room for everyone and everything you need for the perfect vacation!

Find it all in Jacksonville Beach! White sand, clean and beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Neighboring Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach offer a wealth of choices to shop, dine, relax and enjoy the courtyards and bricked walkways, outdoor seating and beautiful ocean breezes.

Beach Luxury

Lovely home with all the amenities and then some! The sheets, pillows and beds are soft and comfy cozy. The sofa is huge and so luxurious! The house is clean as a whistle. The beach is so close!! The hostess communicates well and is very gracious. A must stay property!!

Parking

They allowed two cars in the parking lot and then you have to park down the street. Just to let people know it is also a three-story building with the bedrooms being on the top floor.

Beach Retreat

Lovely, very clean and beautifully decorated beach townhouse steps from the beach. We celebrated Easter weekend and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with all the many small appliances and equipment. The house was well stocked with everything and it was the first time we rented a house and didnt have to make a run to Publix to buy something. Please note that there are three stories and lots of stairs, so get ready for a workout. The king and queen beds were very comfortable and the couch so comfy that my daughter wants to get one for herself.

Perfect beach weekend

We were two professionals looking for a beach weekend after a long week after a conference before flying home. Property was perfectly situated between the beach and a strip of nearby restaurants, coffee shops, grocery and a couple of boutiques within walking distance (we didn’t have a car). Clean, comfortable and just wat we were looking for! Hope to stay much longer next year! Thanks!

A Perfect Place!

Really can't beat this place! Location is perfect for walking to beach! Also great for many restaurants...we walked to three awesome restaurants around the corner...Phillys...Rainbow Sushi and the Mexican restaurant next to Phillys. Home is a renters dream...every little amenity or thing you might miss from being away from home is here...you can tell the difference immediately between a 100% rental home property and a property that has extra attention and love given to it since the owners use the property personally. This home is is PERFECT!!!

Great rental home in a great location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful - a block from the beach and in walking distance to restaurants and stores. The house itself is spacious, is well kept, and has amenities for all. Thank you!

Jax Beach Golf Outing

Arrived at property for check in and received instructions via email. Smooth check in. Property was very nice and just like the pictures. Everything was just as described. Lovely property and all my friends were very impressed.

We had a great time at this beautiful property!

We were in town for my 82 year old mothers wedding. It was my husband and I (king master room) my adult daughter and fiancé (queen room), and my 2 adult sons (one in the twin room and one in the office/pull out bedroom). The nice thing about this property is we had room for all to spread out and had 3 full bathrooms. Tammi was very responsive. We had no problems at all and had a great time! Would highly recommend this property!

Great Location, Great Host

This house was perfect for my group. We were in town for a wedding and Tammi was super helpful. Another couple that was traveling and bringing a pack and play had to cancel last minute because of Covid and Tammi worked hard to get one delivered to us. She was responding to texts at 11:00 PM on New Years Eve when the delivery company did not bring the pack and play Tammi so graciously ordered for us. As a former host myself, I was truly appreciative and on top of that the house was fantastic! Highly recommend

THE PROPERTY WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. THE CHECK IN WAS EASY, SAFE AND SECURE.

Hi, Jorge and Tammi here. We have 3 grown children, one in the Army, one a senior at UCF in Orlando and one, a junior in high school. We have a home in Port Saint Lucie, FL and just recently purchased this home in Jacksonville Beach so that we could spend the summers at the beach and be closer to family. We are new to hosting however we are experienced travelers and own a travel business that specializes in customized travel experiences.

We live close by and are available for whatever you need anytime, day or night. Please feel free to call or text with any questions, comments or concerns. We want to do everything in our power to make your vacation memorable!

We chose this property because it was newly renovated, we could walk to the beach without crossing any main roads and it’s within walking distance to pretty much anything you would want to do.
