Look no further for your perfect beach getaway. With three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, there's more than enough room to bring the whole family, vacation with friends, or treat yourself to some extra space. The house is conveniently situated in the heart of Jacksonville Beach. It's a straight shot to the beach as the front door is just three blocks from public beach access.

Start the morning by brewing your choice of coffee from our dedicated coffee bar and enjoy it on your private & fenced-in back patio underneath the magnificent palms or as you loosen your back in our Chiropractic-approved massage chair. Enjoy blazing-fast wi-fi, Xfinity TV and a Roku-enabled smart TV, a generously sized and well-stocked kitchen, and off-street parking for up to 3 full-size SUVs. The master bath has a generous double vanity sink and a huge tiled shower. We have a dedicated laundry room with a top-of-the-line LG front-loading washer and dryer set. The whole house has a TON of natural light from sunup to sundown and the remote-controlled shades help keep it at bay. Beach cruiser bikes are available for your use.

We have put a lot of thought and effort into making our home a welcoming and relaxing hideaway for you and your family, and we think it will show.

Plenty of on-site parking so you'll never have to park on the street. We are conveniently located off 3rd street in the heart of beautiful Jacksonville Beach.

Excellent family stay

As hosts and frequent travelers, this is one of the most well equipped places we’ve ever stayed in. In addition we had small children with us and it was perfect. The layout of the house is great on that there is plenty of separate and communal areas. Kitchen and bathrooms we welll equipped too. There’s a lovely fenced in backyard for the kids to play. And they even had a wagon with beach toys. It’s an easy walk to the beach as well as stores and restaurants. Also the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommended it.

Perfect Location

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home located steps away from the beach, local coffee shop and lunch spots. The home was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including shower essentials, beach supplies/ chairs, etc. We would definitely stay again the next time we visit the area.

My daughter was graduating and we had family come together to stay at this home. It had plenty of space for us to gather together and is within walking distance to the beach. It is very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again when visiting in Jacksonville Beach.

Great Location

The house was such a great find. Perfect location for everything that we wanted to do. Beach access was so close and perfect for walking/biking. Everything was super comfortable and in great condition. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

Great Beach House

Great location… only 2 blocks from beach. Easy walk to beach for sunrise. Loved the big family room. The recliner chairs were perfect for movie night. Lots of nearby restaurants as well. We loved our stay!

Clean, cozy and better than a hotel

The place was perfect for our trip! Super clean, extremely organized with everything that you need. We were there for business and it was a lot more affordable and comfortable than staying in a hotel. On top of that, communicating with the owner was super easy and it made the trip that much easier.

Exactly what we were looking for

This property was perfect for our extended family vacation. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable - the living room had very comfortable recliner chairs. Everything was clean and there were thoughtful extras, like plenty of beach towels and a basket of snacks upon arrival. Seating area in the back yard was very comfortable. Note that one of the bedrooms is in an in-law-type apartment over the garage and contains a single bed with another trundle bed. The unit is just a short walk to the beach, and near plenty of retail / grocery stores, but not right on the main road. We would definitely stay there again!

Best time ever

Had a family reunion in Jax beach to be close to our 92 yr. old grandmother too. The house and set up was great. Plenty to do and warm-inviting host. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. We were close to the beach and we had 3 solid days of perfect sun, sand, and surf. Would recommend this home to everyone.

Just what we needed- Beautiful Home

Hello, First I want to say the process of booking this home was super easy. The communication was great. The house is very nice. It felt very homey and not sterile like some other vrbo properties we have stayed in. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and the area was beautiful and close to a lot of eating/shopping, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed then some! Ben helped to make our trip great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and responsive property manager

We enjoyed our stay at this property and found the location to be perfect for us. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood that is a quick walk to the beach and some stores, including Whole Foods. The house, itself, was well appointed and included all of the basic amenities that we needed. For those traveling with families, there is a great collection of board games to select from. For those with infants, there is a pack n play and high chair available. During our stay, there was a small hiccup with the refrigerator, but Ben was incredibly quick at addressing the issue and found a replacement within mere hours. Overall, we would recommend this place. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Would Avoid Renting

While we were excited for our stay, our experience was abysmal.The house was not properly cleaned. There was visible dust buildup on baseboards, blinds, and in room corners. The upstairs carpets had crusted stains, and the edges of rooms were full of dust and debris. Food crumbs were left near a bed, and the washing machine had mold in it. The vacuum in the house didn’t work, making it impossible to clean up the mess ourselves.The house was also poorly stocked. There was one paper towel roll, no extra garbage bags, minimal shampoo (only one bathroom had it), and missing hand soap. We also found personal items from past guests, including a used deodorant and sock. Worst of all, while putting our toddlers to bed, we found an unfinished bottle of Fireball Whiskey and loose batteries in their nightstand.The host, Ben, blamed “unfortunate timing” due to a long-term renter leaving that morning and didn’t have time to adequately restock and clean the house. When we told Ben about the whiskey, his response was, “Glad it was almost empty!”—a shocking lack of concern. Ben did have cleaners come but we then had to juggle the kid’s nap schedules with them, and they were not given clear instructions on what to clean and we had to direct them using a translation app.The listing claims the home is “family-friendly,” but it is far from it. Given the state of the home, it felt more like a frat house—except we paid over 2K to stay there. I would not recommend this rental.

Great Location and wonderful home

The house is beautiful and decorated very tastefully. The location is amazing not only for the 1 block walk to the beach but also a short distance to boutique shopping at its best. My girlfriends and I went for a girls weekend and had a great and very comfortable stay! We needed for nothing, but if we did the hosts were amazing with quick responses and helpful handbook in side with all the tips of the area. Would recommend this home anytime and would definitely stay again. Thank you for allowing this home to be ours for the weekend. Crystal

Hi! My name is Ben and I'm an accountant from Jacksonville Beach, Florida, currently living in Greenville, SC. I love my wife, Anita (pictured), golf, and Jaguar football. DUUUVAL! I'm assisting my dad in renting out his beach home and we like to think we make a pretty good father-son team.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Jacksonville is known for its pristine beaches and world-renowned golf. There are loads of great seafood joints in the area (Mayport shrimp anyone?) and the Jax beach lifeguard station and pier are a quick bike ride away. We love that Jax still has that small-town feel with the amenities of a larger city. The city has done a great job of absorbing the growth: traffic and noise aren't an issue. It's a liveable city that makes for a great vacation destination and really does have it all.
