Why stay in a hotel, when you can enjoy this spacious and renovated studio apartment in the Pine & Brine condominium in the OCEAN BLOCK of Maryland Ave. You'll love this AFFORDABLE fantastic 2nd floor studio . . . just a short walk to the ocean, boardwalk, and the wonderful restaurants and shops of downtown Rehoboth. There's even an in-home W/D, smart TV, comfy queen bed, full-sized sofa and 1 off-street parking spot! Enjoy your morning coffee or a happy hour cocktail on the semi-private deck, shared with just one other unit. NO Pets or Smoking Please. Recently upgraded 2025.
Guests pay an $100 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. You cannot beat the location to the beach and amazing shops/restaurants! Very cute little studio apartment.

The location was the highlight. Proximity to the beach does not get any better. The space was smaller than the photos suggested and really only works for two people. A few issues made the stay less comfortable: the outlets on the kitchen side were not functional (so no microwave or Keurig use), the mattress felt uneven and sloped, and hot water ran out after about 10 minutes in the shower. Overall, the beach access was excellent but the accommodations left a lot to be desired.

Great location to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The place was very well cleaned and had everything we needed for a quick getaway to the beach. Would highly recommend this place.

The room was nice and clean - perfect for our stay at the beach. The best feature of the room is its location to the beach - a mere walking distance. We did have two minor issues arise -- the kitchen circuit breaker kept tripping and a small leak in the fridge. We informed management as soon as we encountered them, but they weren't deal-breakers. Will definitely come back again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This small efficiency is in a great location--close to the beach and downtown. It was perfect for just me, or maybe a couple. Overall a good rental experience, with a couple exceptions: there's an issue with a breaker for the kitchen that kept flipping off and had to be reset a few times each day. This was mentioned in earlier property reviews, but the owners still have not solved the problem. Also the Internet connection was a bit spotty. A really good place, but could be great with a few simple upgrades.

Small studio located in the perfect spot in Rehoboth. Although tiny, it worked for myself and two small kids. 1 queen bed and comfortable couch with space to put clothes away and updates throughout. Keep in mind- parking spot is very tight and in a tiny lot. We are used to staying on first floor which was more convenient for all beach items, but we made the second floor work. Check in and out was easy. Breakers wouldn’t work when we arrived so appliances were off but it was quickly fixed. Will stay again!

Perfect Beach vacation

My wife and I had a great time for a short beach getaway. The location of the studio apartment was perfect. We had everything we needed and more at the apartment. We will be back next year for a longer stay.

Good location…

Great location! As others have mentioned, the bed is extremely uncomfortable and there is really only enough hot water for one person to shower which made getting ready at night rather difficult. The place does appear to have been updated recently which was nice and you do get a parking spot.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay!! Thank you for having little extras (Keurig and K-cups, tray tables, cleaning supplies, etc.). The efficiency was the perfect size and well designed for two adults. It’s located within walking distance to everything!! And I must add, this was the first place in a long time that we rented where we didn’t leave with back pain- the mattress was great!

Perfect for a quick Rehoboth getaway

My wife and I wanted to escape the DC heat for a few days, and wanted an inexpensive place to stay in the heart of Rehoboth - and we found it! This studio apartment is small, but very efficient and cozy, with a comfortable memory-foam bed, big couch, and a compact kitchen. It's just a block away from the beach, with terrific restaurants (like Theo's) just a block or two away. And except for one wall in the shower, this unit doesn't share a wall with any other unit, which makes it very quiet and peaceful. Truly a little gem, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future!

Close to the beach

The perfect room for 2 for a getaway to the beach. Clean room which is in walking distance to everything. The kitchen was stocked with enough pots and pans for cooking. The TV is excellent if needed. The only con was hot water for a shower. Only one fast shower before running out of hot water, which was an inconvenience.

Rehoboth in July

The location was perfect and easily accessible. Our unit was exactly as described. We enjoyed thr close proximity to the beach along with restaurants and shops. The bed was very uncomfortable and we were unable to locate a broom for the first few days. We brought our own bedspread as there was not a guarantee the bedspread provided would be washed prior to our visit. We hope to return again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a small, but mighty place. Honestly the couch is the most comfortable couch I’ve sat on. I ended up sleeping on it a few nights. This place has everything you need (kitchen/laundry etc) and is perfect distance from the beach and 2 blocks from the Main Street. Several restaurants in walking distance. Only set back would be it is on the corner of a road so at times can be a little noisy, but we were not bothered at all. Would stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process was far from smooth in part because of a staffing change but there was A LOT of back and forth before we had secured the correct dates. Unfortunately those were not reflected in the contract and I did not catch the error until we were there and were asked to check out a day earlier than we were expecting. We were able to stay the extra night however and the extra fees were waived. There were no hangers nor many places to hang up clothes. There was no iron either. Chelsea brought over these items as soon as we called the office which was nice. Carefully read contract and list of things to bring should you choose to stay here. Bonus is that the place is a block off the beach!

Great little place close to the boardwalk/beach

We stayed here over Labor Day Weekend. The location is excellent-- we walked everywhere, which was great because the parking is TIGHT and hard to get out of with an SUV. The place is great for two people staying for just a few days. There isn't really storage space for suitcases, and there aren't a lot of accessible outlets, but we were fine. The owner provided a supply of K-cups and some cleaning supplies, which was very thoughtful! Really appreciated having the washer and dryer so we could wash our suits and towels after coming back from the beach.
