**NON-SMOKING PROPERTY**
The Haven at Bay Watch is newly renovated … everything from the walls in is brand new. The Haven is hidden away and quiet so if you’re looking for tranquility, with a contemporary flare, just minutes from all the fun – this one is for you!

You will be a one block walk from the white sandy beaches and just steps away from the bay. You’ll also be walking distance to Anna Maria Island's best waterfront restaurants and the quaint shopping village on historic Bridge Street. Some of our nearby favorites include the Wicked Cantina, The Blue Marlin and The Beach House restaurants. It’s perfect for a romantic getaway, a fun family vacation or a relaxing winter in the sun.

Leave your car in one of the two covered parking spaces and walk or take the free trolley up and down the Island. There is a large pool (with outdoor shower and restrooms) for your use when you prefer that to the beach, and a new dock for fishing or relaxing within steps of your unit. Inside you will find a brand new modern kitchen with all the things you will need to prepare your own meals when you prefer to stay in.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath (1100 sf), 2nd floor unit will sleep four with a king size bed in the main bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. There is a new 55” television in the living room, a new 48" television in each of the master bedroom and the guest bedroom.

Amenities include, new full-size washer/dryer, wireless high-speed internet, beach chairs and umbrellas, and a furnished patio.

Enjoy the best of both worlds while vacationing at The Haven with Florida’s Intra-Coastal Waterway on the east side of the condo and the Gulf of Mexico one block west of the condo!

The Haven at Bay Watch is a one week minimum rental.

The property was BEAUTIFUL, and it is located at an exceptional spot. Very close to the beach, and the condo has everything you could need. Diane communicates quickly and efficiently whenever there were any questions. We would definitely stay again—wonderful spot!

Wonderful stay in Bradenton Beach!

We had such a nice Spring Break and are sad to have to return home. The place was really close to the beach and the pool was great for the kids. Would love to return someday!

Great location and host!

We have come to AMI for many, many years. This unit is located in a great spot because you are relatively centrally located on the island and can easily get to either bridge. The walk to the beach is not long and having the pier and bay in the back is nice. The beach is not busy in this stretch which is a huge bonus, even at peak times like April. You can also walk to several restaurants and even walk to Bridge St if you want to (about 15min walk). The unit itself is set up very well and probably stocked the best of any place we've ever stayed probably in terms of kitchen items, bathroom items, etc. It's decorated nicely and the pics on the listing are representative of the actual unit! Host was FANTASTIC with communication and easy to work with. Would book again!

Our winter get away

We had a really lovely week on Anna Maria, enjoying the island and this condo. Diane was great to communicate with and the condo was excellent in many ways. Our only issue , which would not even be an issue for many others, was the two flights of stairs up to the unit. We have stayed in other similar situations on the 2nd floor, but there has always been access to an elevator. One of our group has a medical condition that requires a 70 lb. medical device that needed to be carried up and back down those stairs along with 30 12lb bags of water and other luggage. In our situation we will be more careful to look for an elevator in the building in the future. The unit was clean and nicely redone. The location and parking were excellent.

Haven at Bay Watch

This was our first time on Anna Maria Island. The Haven at Bay Watch offers the ideal location and amenities for an enjoyable, relaxing stay on the island. Walk one block and you’re on the magnificent beach. Walk a few blocks south and you’re walking down Historic Bridge street. The accommodations are superb - modern, updated and stylish. Everything that you need for a perfect getaway is on site, including beach chairs, beach umbrellas and pool towels. The kitchen has all of the accessories you need for your stay. The heated pool - steps from your villa - is refreshing on those 100% sunshine days. Diane, your host, is a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive to any concern or question. The Haven at Bay Watch is the ideal villa for a great stay on Anna Maria Island.

Beautiful Property in Great Location

I booked this property months before the hurricanes. Based on the excellent reviews I felt it would be perfect for 2 couples. Needless to say my comfort turned to concern when Anna Maria Island was hit by 2 hurricanes. If it hadn't been for the owner, Diane I may have even canceled. We immediately began to chat back and forth. She gave me an honest assessment of the situation and over the next few months whenever I reached out she quickly responded. We have been coming to Bradenton Beach for more than 30 years. I was heartbroken to see the early photos of the damage but now 3 months later I am even more amazed by how much has been accomplished. The beaches are in great shape and almost all of the restaurants are back open. This condo is one of the nicest I have stayed in on Bradenton beach. We will definitely return.hadn't been for Diane

Vacationing at Anna Maria Island

Beautiful newly renovated condo with gorgeous bathrooms. The pictures don’t do this unit justice, you won’t be disappointed in this beautiful condo. The parking is safe and comes with two parking spaces. The beach is a short walk up the street. Great communication from the host! The unit is conveniently located to restaurants and gift shops. We will definitely be back.

worked perfectly

great location, very clean, easy to communicate with, would stay again. the beach directly across from the development is beautiful and super easy to walk to. the new construction near the side of the unit is fairly progressed along and the sound wasn't bothersome at all. the place does not have a view of water, but it's a testament to how much we liked it that we would stay again even without that.

Wonderful Place to stay with friends or family

Beach getaway

Nicely remodeled 2 bedroom condo. It is on the 3rd floor, but that is nice because you don’t have anyone above you. Kids loved the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. Beach chairs and towels were provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect AMI vacation condo for family of 4!!

My family has been vacationing in Florida for the past 10+ years. We have two boys, ages 10 and 6 years old. They had a blast! This is by far the best experience we’ve had. Diane’s condo is truly a Haven; it is the cleanest and most well-stocked vacation home that we have ever been to. Not only that, but the layout of the unit and the construction quality of the renovations in this unit are very well done. The pool is well-maintained and alternates from sunny to shady as the day goes on for a nice mix. The private beach is a short 2-3 minute walk from the condo community. The 2 parking spots comes in handy if you have a rental car and golf cart. Check-in/check-out was very easy. Diane was extremely responsive and accommodating - she even had a new beach chair drop-shipped to the unit because one was broken by the previous occupant, now that’s service! Our family can’t wait for our next vacation at the Haven at Baywatch!!!

Lovely Place With Everything You Could Think Of

Very clean and well stocked place- better in person than the pictures. Beach chairs and beach towels were a nice touch. Extremely responsive host - hope you enjoy yourselves as much as we did there.
