Cozy and Comfy 2 bedroom condo

Comfy 2-bedroom Shanty Creek resort second floor condo is in a wooded setting with Shanty Creek running through its back yard. It is steps away from an outdoor pool and a tennis court. This condo is a perfect location for every season. It is in the Shanty Creek/Schuss Mountain resort community in Northern Michigan. The resort offers multiple activities including 2 fabulous ski areas and five nationally recognized golf courses.
In the winter cross country skiing is available at the Legends golf course which is within walking distance. It is beautiful with the views and wildlife. Downhill skiing and tubing are only minutes away at Northern Michigan's best ski areas Schuss Mountain/Shanty Creek!
In the spring, summer and fall it is a golfers dream with five nationally recognized golf courses within the resort and many more a few miles away. Downtown Bellaire is home to Shorts Brewery, as well as multiple other great restaurants and shops.
Condo renters will have access to a private beach club on Lake Bellaire (part of the chain of lakes). The beach club is minutes away. It has a club house with grills, lounge chairs, volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, and a beautiful sandy beach!
The condo is nicely equipped with every amenity that you need. It has a Master bedroom with a king bed and soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a pull-out coach in the living room for extra sleep space. There is a fireplace making the living room a cozy space to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Bellaire is also within minutes of Torch Lake. It is close to Turtle Creek casino and directly between Charlevoix and Traverse City.

Great spot right between Shanty Creek activities, town of Bellaire, and the Lake

Nice little two bedroom condo located in a perfect spot to enjoy golf, skiing, time on the lakes and enjoying the great little town of Bellaire.

The absolute best stay. The condo was cozy and felt just like home! Very clean as well! Loved everything about the area. Also our host Matt was amazing with assisting in places to eat and swim near us. We will definitely be making this a yearly tradition and we will be back right here!

Awesome Stay

The condo was everything we needed. It was peaceful and clean. The pool is nice and the private beach access is nice to have. We cannot say enough about Matt. His communication was exceptional and we would highly recommend using his units.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed for 4th of July weekend. Brought our boat up to go on the lake and was able to park it on the trailer at the condo. The place was clean, beds comfy, A/C worked well, kitchen was stocked well with pans and utensils to cook. The creek behind the condo is so nice and peaceful from the balcony. We would stay here again.

A Gem!!

We’ve stayed at this location several times over the past 4 years and love it! The property is perfect and more than meets our needs. The private pool is sweet. It’s close to downtown Bellaire, Petoskey, Boyne, Walloon and Shanty Creek. It’s well stocked snd the babbling brook in the back is pure bliss. Most def will be back!

Excellent!

Great property. Excellent customer service and communication. Family of 4, with teenage/adult children and it was perfect. Didn’t get to the beach, but pool and tennis court were very close and fun. Backyard view is tranquil and pretty. Couldn’t recommend higher.

Great Condo

This condo is as listed and more. Clean and comfortable. Well appointed. All the comforts of home! Matt was easy to work with and communicated with us throughout our trip! Pool is clean. Beach club addition is awesome! We will rent again!

Couples weekend

Nice relaxing winter weekend with friends. No snow, but enjoyed hiking in the area and relaxing at the condo. Great accommodations for two couples. Well equipped kitchen for eating in and close to restaurants for going out. Gas fireplace kicked out the heat making the space super cozy. Problem with the internet connection initially, but Matt went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend this condo.

We walked into a filthy condo could not even use the balcony because Joe disgusting it was we had to spend our first couple of days cleaning and Vbro did nothing about it although we called in a complaint the first day.

Bellaire Outdoor Adven Getaway

The condo is centrally located on a little brook, just minutes from Torch Lake, Lake Bellaire and the towns of Bellaire, Alden, and Eastport. There is plenty to do for outdoor enthusiasts from outdoor yoga to mountain biking to water sports. Fully stocked kitchen for cooks too.

Nice woodsy condo near Schuss/Shanty Creek

Great family getaway close to Schuss. Easy to access with beautiful view of a stream out every room. Could use a little more basics in the kitchen, but was overall a great space with great communication.

Immaculate and roomy

My friend and I took our kids up to ski for the weekend at Shanty Creek, it was only a 9 minute drive to the slopes. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and we had lots of space for our belongings. It was comfortable, relaxing (there is a running creek right behind the condo which was wonderful to listen to) and easy to get to.
