Place was very clean upon arrival and just as described. It did take us a bit to find the room as we arrived when it was dark - the condo number is hidden from the road and the hallway is dark. Also, the place is cold and takes about an hour to warm up. Would have been much more comfortable if it were warm for us, but not a deal breaker. Kitchen is well stocked. Would stay again!

Nice weekend getaway

Stayed here for a weekend of tubing with the kids. The listing was accurate and the property manager was very responsive to our questions. Will consider staying here again!

Our stay was very good. I would consider being a bit more explicit about the 'state of heating' in the unit. We were generally freezing during the stay.. Done differently, I would have cranked the heat right when we arrived and then pulled it way down at about 8pm.That toaster is a fire hazard and is definitely broken. A fresh set of silverware is very much needed.The grill was so gross. I also had to go buy a lighter to light the thing. Keeping some long matches around would help, but a thorough cleaning should probably happen monthly.I have an STR and struggle with the same issue.

Great stay. Had every thing we needed. 5 minute drive to winter park ski resort. Loved the fireplace and the hot tub was just next door. Washer and dryer in the room came in handy. Would definitely stay again

Great condo in Fraser!

Very nice condo right off the highway in Fraser. Close to the tubing hills, grocery store and the Main Street where everything is. Only a 10 min drive to Winter Park. The inside looks recently updated and has everything we needed to be comfortable.

Great for our family of four

As described property with great owner that was easy to deal with and provided fast responses to a couple of inquiries. Right by the river with western mountain views. We’d definitely recommend.

July 4th Trip

Overall a very nice condo. Only negative is not under owner’s control. The people upstairs were extremely noisy and the hot tub was not functioning. Otherwise it was a nice and comfortable place.

Ski condo - just as expected

Condo was clean and well stocked. Ground floor unit. Right on a river trail that takes you into town, so makes for a nice morning coffee walk. I have stayed in several complexes like this one near ski resorts and they are all fairly similar. Owner was very easy to work with and communicated well. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Owners!

We loved our stay here! The beds are comfy, my kids loved having the bunk room and the hot tubs right next door. The kitchen is a galley kitchen and was great for cooking meals in and packing lunches. There is a great deck with a gas grill, a fireplace and a storage closet inside that was great for ski/boots/poles. They had games available in the Master closet and there were plenty of extra supplies and linens. The owner was so helpful and she was readily available to message with. We will definitely stay here again!!

Just what we needed

This rental was just what my family needed for our ski vacation to Winter Park. We were alright having a short drive to the hill and this unit had a great amount of space for the price. Having a hot tub just next door was super convenient and there was a good amount of dishes, games, blankets, etc. Not a whole lot of sitting space to watch movies/TV, but that was clear to us from the pictures and listing, and was just fine for us.

Property was a little outdated. If you’re a light sleeper then you will probably need an ear plug to drown out the noise from the railroad and clicking sounds from the heater. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable enough. Did enjoyed the smokeless fireplace. Convenient to all the fun in Fraser/Winter Park such as skiing, snowmobiling , and sledding. It was close to stores and had pretty decent restaurants nearby too.

Updated condo

The place was very clean. The condo had been updated and was nice. The grounds and exterior of the complex were very worn. Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Small things easy to fix: Toilet paper was thin and scratchy😬. . Also, if you use Kleenex, bring it with you. Pollen was high when we were there and we couldn't find a box of Kleenex anywhere.

Nystrom House

The place was great. My one complaint is there was a consistent clicking sound coming from the heater that I could not figure out how to turn off and it prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. I am highly sensitive to sounds, though, and I would not characterize this clicking as something outside of normal, expected house sounds. Also, I could not figure out how to open the sauna door, but did not try that hard. Overall great experience.

Hi Jed! The clicking sound is the metal on the baseboard heater adjusting to temperature changes as the heater turns on and off. We will adjust the housing of the heater to see if we can eliminate excessive noise. Thanks for the feedback. We appreciate it!
