Beautiful Home in The Marigny Triangle with Balcony

Enjoy your stay in this brand-new professionally decorated home located in the historic Marigny Triangle neighborhood. With a 95% walkability score, this location allows you to experience all New Orleans has to offer, just 3 blocks from the French Quarter, 4 blocks to Frenchmen Street's famous music halls and steps to the Rampart Streetcar line that provides easy access to the entire city. This lovely home also has a balcony situated off the main living room and kitchen with views of the city skyline.

The 3-story 2000 sq ft home was professionally designed to give our guest a great New Orleans experience. The 1st floor has a bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom. Situated on the 2nd floor is the main living room, kitchen, balcony and a bedroom with a queen bed. The 2nd floor also has a common area bathroom with tub/shower. On the third floor you will find a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and its own private bathroom. Home is equipped with 2 instantaneous water heaters to ensure our guest that hot water will never be a problem.

The kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and all the kitchen utensils you will need.

This home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before our guest arrive and comes stocked with coffee, fresh towels and bathroom essentials.

If your dates are not available or need extra bedrooms, we have 2 more newly renovated homes. A 5-bedroom 4-bath home directly next-door VRBO#2501254 and a 4-bedroom 4-bath home located in the same block VRBO#2501429 Both homes can sleep up to 10 people

The pictures don't do this house justice!

This house is even better in real life! I booked this house for my sister's bachelorette and upon arrival, we were all so impressed with the house! The house was perfectly clean and furnished so well. The tall ceilings and balcony are the icing on the cake. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us to spend time together but also had enough space to get ready. The location was perfect as well, within easy walking distance of Frenchman Street and Bourbon Street. Everything was perfect! Tim was extremely responsive and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting NOLA and definitely would stay here again!

I rented this property for my sister's bachelorette party. The property was beautiful and very clean. The property owner was readily available when we needed him for an AC issue. To the right out of the house was an undesirable location but to the left was fine and the walk to French quarter was quick and easy. We never felt unsafe. I would definitely stay here again.

Summer Weekend

This property was amazing for a fun weekend in New Orleans! The location is perfect for walks to Frenchman Street and anywhere in the French Quarter! I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in New Orleans.

Bachelorette Party

This house was PERFECT for our trip! It is so cute and so close to everything we wanted to do. It was a 15-20 min walk to Bourbon and French Quarter which takes you through super cute streets and a 10 min walk to Frenchmen street. The house comfortably sleeps 10 people with a bedroom on each floor! Would definitely book again when I return to New Orleans! Tim also was a great host with super quick responses when needed :)

Great place in a great location

Our groups was made of 3 couples spending the weekend celebrating a birthday. Everyone really liked the location and the home. It’s well maintained and has everything you need to enjoy a getaway with a group or larger family. Each bedroom is on its own floor and has its own bathroom. The common area is spacious and welcoming. We all highly recommend this owner and property.

Awesome experience

We rented Tim’s properties side by side for a large bachelor party. The properties are immaculate. Tim was so responsive. Easy walk to frenchman street but still totally walkable to Bourbon st.

Bachelor Party

The house was exactly what we needed. The house was clean and beds were comfortable; there was a common area for us to gather before we went out to explore the city; the common area may have been a bit small for 8 people if we were staying in for a night. The neighborhood was ok, but definitely on the edge of where we wouldn't want to walk too late a night but very close and walkable to Bourbon St. The owner was very accomodating, letting us check in early and even extend the stay a night (at cost, of course). We would stay here again.

Great spot to explore Nola

We had a great weekend and this place was the perfect amount of space for two families. Brand new renovation and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very easy walk to Frenchman street and there is a great little Thai restaurant right down the street. Cute balcony too!

Amazing Property and Excellent Location

Can't recommend this property enough. We rented this one as well as the house next door for a large group. Both are brand new renovations with incredible spaces to hang out as a group in. Tim was extremely accommodating and jumped through hoops to make sure our group had everything we needed. The location is excellent - you can be on Bourbon Street or Frenchmen Street in a matter of a few minutes. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
