****VERY IMPORTANT- EXTERIOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION WILL BE ONGOING NOVEMBER THROUGH THE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY. THERE WILL BE SOME NOISE, EQUIPMENT ON SITE, DEBRIS, AND DUST THROUGHOUT THIS PROCESS. WORKING HOURS ARE 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM MONDAY-FRIDAY WITH NO WORK ON THE WEEKENDS. BALCONIES MAY BE UNUSABLE DURING THIS TIME. THE PRICE HAS BEEN DISCOUNTED TO REFLECT THIS.

This gorgeous Beachwood property is a hidden gem with a short, lovely walk to the beach. Crisp, clean white shiplap walls, walnut floors and a modern updated vibe make up this delightful 2 bed, 2 bath beachside retreat. Completely remodeled with beautiful finishings, this luxury villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind!

The fully updated and open concept kitchen, dining and living area open to a covered balcony with gorgeous views of the live oaks, the complex pool, the golf course, and the pond. In the kitchen you'll find premium appliances, stunning quartz countertops, and bar seating for three. The beautiful wood based, glass top dining table seats six additional guests. The spacious living area offers a beige sofa and 2 chairs centered around a large flat screen smart television.

The master retreat includes a king bed, a flat screen smart TV, and an en suite bath with a gorgeous walk in shower and double vanity. Just across the hall, the second bedroom offers two full size beds and an adjacent bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The laundry area is conveniently located off of the kitchen.

A 3 minute walk down the street will take you to the ocean's edge, and the community pool, nestled among the beautiful oak streets is just steps away. At this villa, you can walk down the street and enjoy a glass of wine at the Omni Hotel, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a 5 minute stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road!

This property allows 2 dogs weighing no more than 50 lbs combined or 1 larger dog weighing no more than 50 lbs- A non-refundable pet fee is required.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT OFFER AN OMNI AMENITY CARD. No golf packages are included. Guests do have access to the resort's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa.

This is a beautiful, modern, clean condo, and very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you might need, and there are beach towels and chairs available. Closets have tons of hangers! And space to place clothing in drawers as well. Super close and easy walk to the beach. The space is light and bright, and the balcony is a pleasant view that overlooks the pool and golf course. Honestly the only “down” side is that the balcony doesn’t overlook the ocean!

We have stayed at various VRBO properties on the Plantation and this was the best!Clean, modern design and all of the basics to enjoy our time in the condo. Very short walk to wide, soft sand at the beach and overlooks the pool. Mattress was soft for my liking, otherwise this would be a10/10.

Short weekend getaway

The condo was perfect. We had everything we needed. The condo was beautifully decorated, well equipped, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The rental company personal were all very kind people. The check in and check out procedures were very easy and simple. A bottle of wine greeted us as our welcoming gift! A lovely touch. We will be back soon!

Everything You Need to Unplug and Relax!

This was the perfect getaway spot—peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for both couples and families. The location is fantastic to relax or play—right across the street from a quiet beach with soft white sand and blue skies. We loved spending time outside, spotting land turtles, butterflies, and seagulls.There are also great trails nearby for walking or biking, plus golf, pickleball, shopping, and restaurants just a short drive away. The nearby historic town adds even more charm to the experience. We had a wonderful stay and are already planning to return!

Amelia Island Condo

Overall it was positive experience. Pictures make the place look brand spanking new but in reality the building is old with strong musty smell at times. The living room couch used to be cream but is in need of some deep cleaning and looks worn out. Other spaces look newer. The unit in my opinion could comfortably hold 4 people not 6 as stated. The couch doesn’t fold out and could hardly accommodate med size adult. Two bedrooms have king in the master and two doubles in the second bedroom so if you have little kids who could share the doubles it’s ok. The king bed in the bedroom needs some care. The mattress rests on slats that are not attached to the frame and any time you “sit” wrong on the edge of the bed those slats pop out and mattress caves in. First time it happened I texted management company and a guy came out promptly and popped those slats back in which lasted till someone sat on that side of the bed again. Next time and many after my husband and I fixed the slats and didn’t bother calling again. It’s no big deal of course but for the hefty rental price we paid that should not have been an issue. The condo is in the great community with many shady trails that we liked. Beach is close and all beach supplies were provided for use which is nice. Overall we really liked the area and the location and didn’t experience major issues with the condo.

A wonderful condo!

Our stay at Beachwood Condo was lovely. We stayed for 5 days with another couple. We had everything we needed. The condo is exactly like described and pictured. It was immaculate and beautifully appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beach wagon, towels, chairs and umbrella were so very helpful for our daily trip to the beach which was just across the street. The community is very quiet. The balcony overlooks the pool and the golf course. Amelia Island is so beautiful, and specifically the Omni resort area is so relaxing, the road and community is filled with luscious green trees and beautiful flowering plants. Thank you for hosting us. We hope to return!

I could not have been more happy with our stay. For the time we entered the property to the time we left. The listing description couldn’t even do this place just I it was everything they said and MORE! on top of the location and the cute condo I was thrilled with the communication! They checked on us before our stay started, they called the day after we checked in and when I called with a question after hours they called me back the next morning before they were even technically “open”. We will be coming back time and time again to this beautiful place!

Exceptional condo and stay on Amelia Omni plantation!

The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures! The condo was spotless upon arrival and even smelled clean!! We loved the convenience and view of the pool off the condo balcony! The location of the beach was fantastic! The beaches were very quiet even during prime summer months! We saw lots of wild life while visiting the beach and taking a stroll through the tree lined paths of the resort. The condo had literally everything we needed - including beach wagon and umbrella. Beds were very comfortable and design and decor finishes were exceptional. We didn’t want to leave!!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Great place to relax

We had a wonderful and relaxing experience! While we didn’t have much need for support, when we did need to reach out the host was extremely responsive! We also greatly appreciated the proactive reach outs from their side to check in with us just to ensure we had what we needed. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the games & beach items available for us to use! The location is great and easy walk to the beach. Loved our time here!

Beautiful Amelia Island location! Just a walk to the beach

Our place was beautiful. The only thing we really found uncomfortable were the beds. They are platform beds with thin foam mattresses... so be sure to ask what kind of mattress as you research a place to stay! Sleeping was bad on the back! Also, whomever had the place before us must have had fish in the fridge as the smell lingered.... beyond that all was well.
