Modern, spacious and attractive duplex apartment built in 2020. The apartment is located on the edge of the coastal town of Guardamar del Segura in the province of Valencia. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located just 500 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches and dunes of Guardamar and within walking/cycling distance of the center. Guardamar is a traditional and very pleasant Spanish town with various shops, restaurants, bars, parks, sports facilities and a boulevard. Many of the (Spanish) residents live permanently in Guardamar, so all facilities are open all year round and it is a great holiday destination in both summer and winter.

The apartment is located in the 24-hour secure complex EsSence. This complex is only accessible to residents or tenants. There is a private parking space available in the parking garage or you can park for free in the street next to the complex.

From the attractively furnished living room you walk onto the terrace with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. The sunny terrace has a lounge area and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combi oven, coffee maker and kettle. The bedrooms are spacious and all have nice box-spring beds.

Alicante airport is only a 30 minute drive away.

Deposit € 300 (if no damage has been observed by the manager, the amount minus the costs for electricity will be returned within one week after the check-out date).
The booking is final after receipt of the deposit (50% of the total rent). The remaining amount including the deposit must be paid no later than six weeks before the arrival date. If the arrival date is within six weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
