THANK YOU FOR THE WARM WELCOME!

Everything matches the photo. Clean, each room has a shower, air conditioning and a terrace. Electricity 10 kV per day is free, for the rest you have to pay. But it is right, so that air conditioners are not left in constant operation! The owners are very nice people. The sea is very close. The pool is not on the territory and is paid (not expensive). We checked in on August 21st, and on August 22nd it was my birthday, and the owners congratulated me from the very morning! It was very nice!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Beach Penthouse Mariposa. Ursula and Burghard were perfect hosts, especially on our arrival when my Wife was taken ill on the flight - they we're very kind, helpful and understanding for us.The Penthouse was outstanding. It has everything you could ever need for your stay, very well furnished, comfortable and clean. The location is great - away from the busy centre of Guardamar, but close walking distance to a beautiful beach and a few small shops. Private off-road parking was great to have, especially during the busy holiday season where everywhere is busy. The views from the multiple balconies were stunning, and lovely to sit out on an evening for a meal or drink, or morning coffee! The swimming pool is also in close walking distance, which is great for families with a pool bar which sells drinks, food and ice cream. The water was warm but refreshing, with 3 separate pools of different depths, to accommodate swimmers of all abilities. Sunbeds can be hired for a small fee.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in future.

Just home from 10 nights in this gorgeous apartment. It’s very spacious and extremely comfortable, with the master suite (upstairs) second ensuite bedroom on main level, plus smaller third bedroom and separate bathroom, giving a high degree of privacy for families/friends staying together, but the very best thing about the apartment are the 4 large balconies, each with beautiful sea views. Ursula and Burghard are excellent hosts, so welcoming and friendly, always contactable throughout our stay. The fantastic sandy beach is a 5 minute walk away. Would also recommend the short drive to the main Guardamar beach with sunbeds/umbrellas to rent, plus along the promenade with restaurants and ice creams! There’s a community swimming pool close by with a snack bar. The owners provided passes to enter for free. It was sadly undergoing maintenance for most of our stay, but handy to have in the summer months, especially for kids. The Portico Mar Restaurant is a 5 minute walk away which serves delicious traditional food. There are two small local shops for your essentials. There’s a hotel close-by for a drink/coffee. We’d recommend a car for exploring all the area has to offer, lots of restaurants 5 min drive away. It’s very well connected with the main road nearby. There’s also an underground parking garage which is brilliant. I’d highly recommend the apartment. The level of comfort and quality was way above our expectations - this was the owners home, and it shows.

This is the most amazing VRBO we have stayed at - and we’ve been to lots. Ursula and Burghard were wonderful hosts. Not a detail has been overlooked! Our favorite was the outdoor space - 4 terraces in total. The one off the kitchen was so private and the perfect place to enjoy breakfast with a breeze and a view. The terrace off the living room has the most incredible view of the sea. The terrace off the master bedroom has loungers with cushions. The fourth terrace is off the third bedroom. Each room has its own air conditioning unit for hot days but the cross breeze was usually sufficient for comfort. Big screen TV with lots of channels. Well equipped kitchen. A gorgeous and short walk to a great beach. Access to community swimming pool with a bar. A complimentary bottle of cava upon our arrival. It’s all quite extravagant. Don’t have a single complaint. You won’t be disappointed!!

Dear guests, as you inform, you had a really good stay in MARIPOSA! We're really glad. You will seldom find a comparable holiday home here. You had a large luxury apartment over 2 floors with about 130 square meters of living space and about 70 square meters of terraces - not a common standard. All rooms are comfortably equipped with air conditioning. If you live in a large living room and 3 bedrooms with 5 people in midsummer and use the air conditioning at night for more than 2 weeks, the electricity costs will increase. Then 10kw/day, which we provide to you free of charge, is of course not enough. Additional consumption will be charged at 30 cents per kw/h. All this is specified in the rental agreement and was also clearly communicated. The website also states that the swimming pool is chargeable! We have no influence on prices and opening times, as the pool is only operated externally during the high season. There is no great need (beach and sea are on the doorstep) Parking is free on the street by the house. Our guests can rent a large garage for €10 per day if they wish. This is optional and you were aware of it. It was clearly communicated several times and you had expressly decided to rent the garage! The satisfaction of our guests is a matter close to our hearts. We thank you for the feedback and wish you wonderful holidays to your full satisfaction in the future!

In één woord; TOP !

Ruim penthouse dichtbij strand
