Luxury on the Suwannee

We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house right on the Suwannee River. The house is 1/2 mile off of US 19 with paved roads straight to our address. The house has an upstairs covered deck right outside the living room with ceiling fans and comfy patio furniture to watch all the river activities. It has a two story covered floating aluminum dock with swinging chairs as well as space to accommodate your boat or jet skies. There is a public boat ramp about 1 mile down the river near the Suwannee Belle Landing, a great local restaurant with access via boat or car. Our kitchen is fully stocked with new pots, pans, dishes, cups, and most anything you might need. There is also a grocery store just 1/2 mile away for your convenience.

I Suwanee, we had a great time!

This is the best property I have ever stayed at as a VRBO. The hosts thought of everything and made our stay a breeze. Everything works and is in good shape from the house appliances to the citronella candles on the porch. The house is in a great area to visit with delicious places to eat and lots of fun wildlife to spot and enjoy. The dock is a blast to view the river from and be sure to go out with a flashlight at night to spot all the jumping fish. We had a blast. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Beautiful river house

This house has everything! No details have been overlooked. And the setting couldn’t be nicer with the fantastic riverfront views. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Great Place to Stay

Couldn't ask for a more beautiful place to stay on the river. Fully equipped with everything you could ask for and the nicest hosts!! Second time staying and hopefully will be back soon!

Luxury, Beauty & Tranquility

Absolutely beautiful home! We cooked Thanksgiving Dinner there and everything we needed for this was in the home. Any small thing you could think of, the Zollo family had it in this home. The bed was so comfortable I slept 10 hours one night. The carpet was so plush and soft, the master bath / shower was huge and everything in this home overall was just top notch. I thought i was going to have to drag my mom out, she wanted to move in permentley. This home is definitely luxury on the Suwannee! Thank you Zollo family for the great Thanksgiving and the memories!

Nice weekend getaway

Beautiful house on the river. We loved having our coffee out in the dock every morning. Greg gave us some great restaurant recommendations and we spent the rest of the time enjoying the beautiful springs in the area. We even got to swim with a manatee in Fanning Springs. It was a nice relaxing weekend.

An Absolute Gem

This beautiful home, the property and the setting are all just beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute we spent here. From feet dangling in the brown river water to morning coffee and evening snacks on the porch - this place brings peace to the soul. I grew up very near this property, swimming and boating on the River. I hate to tell how wonderful a time we had and how lovely the home is - just bc I’m selfish like that. Owners were so responsive and pleasant, as well! Loved it.

We had a very pleasent stay for 4 nights and were very happy with the location and the property. The property is beautiful inside and out. Well organized. Was able to take a quick swim in the Suwanee off by jumping off the boat dock. Quiet, well lit neighborhood.

Great River Home

This property is a great place to stay on the river. It is very well stocked in all areas. The porch was perfect to sit on and enjoy the river view. We would definitely recommend it and hope to go back and stay again.

Serene Swannee River House

The Z Hideaway river house is nicely decorated with top quality furnishings, linens, and a fully stocked kitchen. It has a comfortable porch overlooking the pristine Suwanee River. The covered dock is extra special. Boating on the river is fun with very few low wake areas. You can get to the gulf in about an hour. You must get fried shrimp in the area. It's the best! A day trip to Cedar Key is a nice excursion. The owners were great to work with and added several special touches. The experience was perfect and memorable.

Our family has been renting in this area for over 10 years. We found this perfect home in 2021 and have enjoyed preparing it to be enjoyed by our guests as well as ourselves. Because we love to cook and eat, you will find this part of our home is like our primary home. It is nicely furnished and outfitted with nice, new things.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our home is only 10 years old. For a "river house", it is unusually nice inside and out. The dock is fabulous, everything inside is immaculate, the view is incredible. Just .4 miles from our home is the access to the Nature Coast State Trail, perfect for biking or walking. You can cross the river on a beautiful old train trestle which is visible from our dock. There are no dirt roads to our home, it is close to US19 and a grocery store, yet it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Get out on the dock before sunrise or late at night. A million stars! Gorgeous.
