Family getaway

This property is a wonderful place for all things outdoors! Our kids loved it, and so did we. It’s quite special being able to say you’ve stayed in a tree house!

Cabin and treehouse retreat

My family and I had an amazing time at the property. It was very clean and definitely worth the time. The owner is amazing. I would definitely recommend people to stay there at the property. My family and I will definitely be going back.

We stayed at this property for an extended weekend retreat with my book club! It was perfect for what we needed. Lots of space and beds, easy to use kitchen, and lots of fun outdoor amenities. The owner was so easy to communicate with and was very responsive! This was only 30min away from Ginnie springs and we were able to take a cool day trip for tubing. The treehouse has hammocks we could chill in, a fire pit for smores, and a covered picnic bench for group dinners. It was a wonderful weekend in the wilderness!

Great Escape!

What an amazing property. A cabin and a treehouse for our party. Quiet and serene perfect place to disconnect. Best part was host allows dogs! Our boys loved being out exploring, especially the private trail behind property. Host, Jamil was very quick to respond to all our inquiries. Highly recommend

The best camping trip ever!!!

My wife dream for ever was to stay in a tree house, I found this place with good reviews and decided to book, I took her as a surprise and was a bit worried about being out in the woods and both having stuff around. But once we got there it was just excellent! From the moment we entered it was just the perfect outdoor experience, we lost cell phone reception but the WiFi was great! The whole experience was just beyond our expectations, we cooked on the grill and ate outside the weather was perfect, we even showered on the outside shower! What a great experience we had doing everything outdoors, if you want a place were you’ll disconnect from the world and be outdoors and refresh yourself with nature this is it!!! I highly recommend.

Our Cabin Stay

We've stayed at several different cabins over the years! Each cabin we've stayed had different things we enjoyed. This cabin stay far exceeded our expectations! The full kitchen allowed for us to enjoy whatever meal desired. The bedrooms cabin allowed for a extremely peaceful sleep with soft throw blankets, well air conditioned and comfortable bed. The cherry on top was the treehouse for my teenager and 8 year old. They felt like it was absolute dream. The treehouse was absolutely gorgeouse and had two beds, couch, table, microwave and a tv. It has everything needed. Lastly, the outside was amazing. It allowed for us to have outside as family while at the cabin, which was a big plus for us. It allowed for us to have a rest day during our stay. The kids still had a blast even on our rest day because of the outside activities. We will definitely be coming back soon!

A great family getaway

We enjoyed our time at the treehouse cabin. The property was well maintained and lots to do for everyone in the family. The owner had plenty of instructions for everything on property. The treehouse was well made but be prepared for bugs. Moths Beatles and spiders were removed many times during the trip (as expected in the woods). We were there during a major storm and it was quite an experience! We would definitely come back again.

Winery and Waterfalls Girls Trip

The property was simply amazing! The treehouse and cabin were both well furnished and maintained. The outdoor space is ideal for families with children as there are many games and activities to choose from. It’s a very relaxing and tranquil environment. The host, Jamil was fantastic and very communicative about everything you need to know to make your stay enjoyable. He is also quick to respond to messages and provided his number for emergency purposes! He is definitely a premier host. We are planning to stay again in the near future.

Family Spring Break

Such a perfectly charming property! Better than the pictures. Rustic but all the things you would need. The communication from the host was top notch. We have kids aged 7-17 so it’s challenging to find something to do with allll of them- this property fit the bill. Plus, the stars at night up there were breathtaking. All the games and space and outdoor activities, accompanied by unique and fun places to sleep, with plenty of heaters and blankets and it got chilly at night. The closeness of the natural springs for swimming and finishing, dinner at the Suwannee Belle Landing, treats and Legends, and we were able to get groceries and bait all within 20 min of the property. We will 100% be back.

Old town treehouse

What a fabulous place to kick back and relax. It’s also close enough to every store you need. Jamil is an excellent host and answered all our questions pretty much immediately, great guy to talk with and very easy. As for the cabin. It’s a wonderful place to relax and forget about your hectic schedule for a while. All the parks are very near and are so beautiful. The cabin has everything you need plates, towels,cutlery EVERYTHING. Even a washer and dryer. You’ll not go wrong here. A beautiful piece of Florida awaits.

Hidden Gem

This was the most perfect little hidden gem. The treehouse is absolutely stunning. Perfect for the family and very kid friendly. Lots of games in and outside. Very private and quiet. Weather was great even during the time of year we went. Jamil was very responsive and accommodating. He even helped out with some great local eateries. Only problem was not being able stay longer. We will definitely be back and will be staying longer! Might even be more than a once a year retreat. Hands down the coolest place we've ever stayed. Looking forward to going again!

Great escape

It was the week of Thanksgiving and we wanted an alternative to celebrating the holiday with our family. Our daughter goes to school at UF, which is just under an hour away from this camp. We planned our trip around a football game. Go gators! We had beautiful, crisp, cool weather during the evening. We started fires in the fire pit. And during the day it warmed enough to visit the surrounding springs. Cedar key is an hour away in the other direction and we took a family day trip there and enjoyed the island. Location of this camp is perfect to do many things, even enjoy a fine dining experience in the near town of Trenton. Jamil, the host is like none other, communicative and accommodating. Thank you for everything Jamil. You have a great place.

Anniversary getaway

We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary and wanted a place to disconnect from our chaotic world. I cannot tell you how happy we were with Kari and Sam’s place. It was secluded and private. We were able to bring our little dog with us. The cabin and tree house were nothing short of comfortable and inviting. Both are very unique and rustic. They are very thoughtful on directions and labels for everything. Kari responded quickly with any questions we had and also touched base prior to our arrival. Our family stayed at the Rustic Treehouse and Cabin Retreat from for 3 nights to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience.If you want to satisfy your inner childhood dreams, this is the place. Staying in an actual treehouse felt like a true adventure, yet it had all the comforts we needed. The property itself is incredible—there are so many things to do and explore that it made it incredibly easy for the whole family to disconnect from the web and truly reconnect with each other.The host was phenomenal—extremely fast to respond and clearly dedicated to ensuring their guests have a perfect stay. Between the unique vibes of the treehouse and the proximity to the Suwannee River, the entire property is a gem.It was the perfect backdrop for a milestone birthday. We left feeling refreshed and inspired. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape the digital world and find some magic!

The treehouse was features on the Discovery Channel show "The Treehouse Guys" on Season 2. It has a cabin right next to the treehouse and together the 2 sites can host up to 7 people. Full of games like cornhole & tetherball, indoor board games & DVDs/VHS, you will not get bored here.
