Free parking is available, centrally located near popular sites. Safety and nature converge in this quiet neighborhood with nearby hiking trails. The Space:
Discover a fully furnished condo with a complete kitchen featuring a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room boasts a queen sofa bed, though note pull-out couches are most comfortable for younger children. Enjoy entertainment on a large SmartTV with YouTubeTV and DVR movies. WiFi is included.

The Master Bedroom offers a spacious walk-in closet equipped with a Pack N Play, high chair, and toys for kids. The closet is large enough for an infant to sleep in and is attached to the master bedroom. This non-smoking property provides ample free parking, a bathroom with a full shower and bathtub, and an in-unit Washer & Dryer for private use.

A great stay!

Everything was perfect about our stay. Location is great, manager was perfect, loved everything! Every tried some of the restaurants the owner recommended and they were excellent.

Great place

This was the perfect place to stay to explore Colorado Springs. The beds were comfy, house was clean, quiet, and easy to get to. Defiantly recommend.

Had a little trouble understanding the AC instruction card-didn’t quite match the AC remotes. Furniture is showing its age. Nice appliances, hot water supply and very nice towelry

Cute apartment close to sightseeing

We appreciated this budget-friendly apartment for our stay in Colorado Springs! It appeared just as pictured and was just big enough for our family. It was very close to several sightseeing opportunities/attractions and the neighborhood seemed nice. While there were a few minimal cleaning issues, the owner was very responsive via the VRBO app concerning this and the general overall cleanliness was as expected. It was nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit, too! We appreciated the complimentary spaghetti dinner as well. Thank you to the great hosts!

Could have been cleaner

The carpets were awful. So stained everywhere and need replaced. They were gross. Overall it was clean otherwise. Bathroom needs new shower curtain. It doesn't fit the tub so water escapes. Probably would not be a place I would stay again
