Blue Marlin, this is a stunning and spacious coastal luxury beachfront, just few steps to the sand. You can relax and enjoy panoramic views, sound of the crashing waves of the ocean from the large deck. Cargo Lift, Ice Maker, beach equipment, hammocks, swings, and propane grill provided. This spectacular home is unique and spacious. Sleeps 18 in upstairs and Kids room downstairs sleeps up to 12.

A perfect place for family together, wedding, church retreat, anniversary, reunion, or birthday party up to 120 guests.
WEDDINGS:
- Wedding ceremony: very convenient with a few steps by private walk-way to sand beach or on garden with pergola and palms, beautiful spots with no obstruction for sunset or sunrise wedding ceremony.
- Wedding reception: covered concrete floor can hold up to 120 guests.
- Parking: free parking lot up to 15 spaces in front and 20+ on the dead-end street.

Layout of Blue Marlin:
- Each bedroom with en-suite full bath and smart TV.
- Primary room: 1 king and 1 lounge chair with en-suite full bath. A jacuzzi hot tub, big shower, his and her sinks and a walk-in closet.
- Blue room: 2 queens with en-suite full bath.
- Green room: 2 queens with en-suite full bath.
- Red room (small kids with parent room): 1 full, 1 twin and 1 full over full bunk bed with en-suite full bath.
- Downstairs Loft: access from parking lot, near staircases. This room is designed for big kids with en-suite full bath and an outdoor shower nearby. 2 full over full bunk beds, 1 twin over twin bunk bed and a sofa bed. TV is just for games connection and a foosball table.
- Four folding mattresses.
- Living area: 2 large couches can sleep 2-4.
- Pack 'N Play: 1.
- 2 refrigerators, 2 built-in ovens, 1 washing and 2 dryers, 80 pounds icemaker.
- COFFEE: Keurig coffee maker and 50 K-Cups provided. Pour Over coffee maker and ground coffee provided.
- GAMES: 2 electronic games machines and a foosball table in the Loft.
- OUTDOORS: Beach equipment, beach toys, beach chairs. Corn-hole games.
- Golf Cart driving: please use golf cart path nearby (50 yards away). Do not drive over the dunes or private walk-way in front of the house. It's state law.

I cannot say enough great things about this property!!! Host was amazing and responsive to any questions we had. I stayed here with family and hosted my wedding here. This property literally has EVERYTHING you could need. Tables, linens, arch, benches, chairs, heaters… All were available onsite. The house was amazingly stocked with appliances and amenities to make for an ideal stay with a larger number of guests. Every bedroom is spacious and equipped with an en suite bathroom. It is beautifully decorated inside. The deck was perfect for watching the beach from sunrise to sunset! Whether it was something small or large, if we needed it, we found it in one of the many labeled cabinets in the house. From towels and complimentary snacks to the corsage pins that we forgot to bring… we found it! LOVE this place! We will be back!

This house is amazing! The perfect spot and so easy to access. House had everything you need for the beach and more! The host was always attentive to all our needs and he would even suggest activities to do around there. We all fit so nicely in the house and they had everything you need in the kitchen. After check out we had car trouble and Kevin was super wonderful to let us use the house to keep the kids out of the sun while we fixed the problem. We will definitely be back and cant wait to do so!

Blue Marlin Wedding

The Blue Marlin exceeded our expectations for a beautiful and relaxing time spent with family and friends. We booked this beach house to hold a small private wedding (50 guests) the availability of tables and chairs located on site made this entire planning and preparation effort less. The property is stunning and located in at the end of the street so we had a bit more privacy than planned. The property owners were ever so responsive helpful and respectful, I am so grateful we came across them. We will be repeat customers. Don’t miss out on checking out the Blue Marlin, it’s an absolute win!

Best stay in Crystal Beach

This was the best vacation we have ever had in Galveston/Crystal beach. We had our 10 year vow renewal here and it was beautiful! Kevin had thought of everything here. He had a plethora of supplies, cooking items, bedding, towels, beach toys and so much space. All of the kids and guests loved it.. He was so responsive from the start of the booking til the end of our stay. I can't wait to come back to enjoy this house again in the future without the stress of planning a second wedding! Kevin is the best host!

Unforgettable Christmas with family

We had our family Christmas at this beach house. Kevin was very pleasant quick to respond the house was beautiful and very spacious. The house is made up so beautifully it even has an additional section for the kids with pac man and other games inside of the little cabin. The house was very well organized with everything you could possibly need and cabinets nicely label of what the supplies were. The house was fully decorated with the Christmas tree and very well put together. Kevin will go the extra mile to make sure his guest are pleased and comfortable. My family was so pleased they rated this Christmas as the best Christmas EVER!

Best WEDDING WEEKEND EVER

I recently stayed at the Blue Marlin for my wedding weekend, and it was truly a dream come true. From the very first call with Kevin, his communication was top-tier—better than any wedding venue I had previously contacted. I was having a hard time finding the perfect place, but the moment I saw the Blue Marlin, I knew it had to be where I would celebrate the best day of my life. Kevin was exceptional in every way and made me feel confident in my decision. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel at home. Our guests were able to enjoy lunch, take naps, and simply soak in the beauty of the beach. Kevin’s vendor recommendations were spot-on, and the fact that he provided tables, chairs, and linens was a huge plus. He went above and beyond to accommodate me, even when I was a stressed-out bride. While Kevin’s helpfulness truly sold me on the place, the view and overall experience were just as incredible. The house had everything we needed, and our guests who flew in from out of state couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the house and location were. I can’t thank Kevin enough for helping make my wedding weekend such a success. Highly recommend! We were so impressed with our stay at the Blue Marlin during our wedding weekend that we’re already planning to return next year for our one-year anniversary! It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach with all of our family and friends.

Fun family getaway

I rented this property for myself and four of my children, their spouses,and 10 grandchildren. The first thing i have to say is that the owner, Kevin, is the NICEST GUY EVER! The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has every appliance you could possibly need, plenty of dishes and even most spices you would need. There are 2 refrigerators and a beverage fridge as well. Really check out the house before you go shopping. The weather did not cooperate for us as it rained a lot. We didn't let that stop us. We still had a lot of fun on the beach. The young ones enjoyed playing in the sand and everyone enjoyed jumping the waves. Really this was a wonderful vacation.

You’ll be glad you stayed

My grandson told me to give this place a “10”. Everyone just loved it. It had a separate room on ground floor. I stayed in it with my 5 grandkids..6 to 11 years of age. The room had a shower and separate toilet. Rest of family stayed in main house. So close to the beach. Has a 80# ice machine that was so handy and 2 refrigerators .we also rented the golf cart. This is right on the beach, view spectacular! I was lucky enough to meet the owners. You will be pleased if you rent the place. We stayed 5 nights and fortunately for us the beach wasn’t busy at all.

Large Family Vacation

The Blue Marlin was a great rental for our large family. The rooms and bathrooms were amazing. Our kids loved the games in the downstairs loft. The house had everything we needed and more. The beach access made everything so easy. We will definitely be back!

Amazing beach wedding

From the very beginning Kevin was very thorough in his communication. We booked over a year out to have our wedding at his beach home. Once booked, he kept in touch with us for over a year! When it was finally time to check in for the wedding weekend, it was a smooth process. He even made special accommodations. Once in the home, it was perfect. Literally had everything you could ever need. The whole house itself was beautiful and well maintained!! Felt like royalty staying in the master suite. Especially on my wedding day. Getting ready for our wedding in the master suite/bathroom was amazing. The closet was the size of a bedroom! The suite fit all my guests popping in to say hi and that made it more special. The venue was perfect for our wedding despite the weather conditions all weekend. We made it work with the wind and rain during the wedding weekend. But for the ceremony itself, God came through with a miracle…perfect weather! The only hiccup during our experience, was items were missing from the wedding package that is offered at the venue. We were told there would be 75 chair covers for our ceremony and there ended up only being 45. That was a bummer as it effected the whole look of the ceremony. All in all, Kevin’s communication and the absolutely gorgeous magical beach house made up for it!! I was so sad to leave. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to reminisce and stay here again! Highly recommend.

Fabulous Weekend

We had the absolute best time at The Blue Marlin this past weekend. Everything was simply AMAZING!!! Wonderful Location

This place steps away from the beach was perfect. The weather wasn’t always ideal, so it was perfect for the kids to go to the beach for a while and back to the house. The owner was prompt to reply when I had questions. We had 12 adults and 7 kids, so this place was ideal.

This property was, hands down, the best one I’ve stayed in at Crystal Beach! Our group can’t say enough great things! Eventhough the weather did not cooperate with wind and rain, the Blue Marlin was a great place to stay. It was well stocked with appliances, ammenitities and such. We had a few issues with the ac/heater in the loft, a toilet leak and dishwasher backedup, but Kevin was quick to respond and helpful in getting as many things fixed as possible. The house was located right off the beach front and easy access. The beds were good, sofas was a little older, bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed our time thouroghly and hopefully can make it back!

Could not have been more perfect!!

We hosted my daughter's wedding with about 60 guests! Everything was perfect. The house is stunning and everything is labeled so even as your trying to get everything ready (which you have everything right there and more so don't pack too much) in a rush you know where everything is at by all the labels! The loft was perfect for a groom's room! All the tables and chairs were great and more than enough! Kevin was readily available at any moment even in the last 6 months for any questions we might have had. He even proactively reached out when he added even more rental options and again to see if we had any questions within a week of our arrival. If you are looking for a wedding venue on the beach, I promise this will fulfill your dreams!

Excellence house with awesome views

A wonderful beautiful house with everything you need! Our host Kevin was very accommodating! The kitchen was stocked & bathrooms! Plus all beach accessories were provided! I will definitely stay in this house again! Thank you Kevin our family reunion was memorable! Lori M. Arlington Texas

Quinceñera at the beach

We had a great time with our family to celebrate my daughter turning 15. The house has so much room and plenty of seating. The deck has the perfect view of the beach sunrise and sunset. We had a party of about 100 ppl and there was plenty parking space. Kevin had all the things needed like tables, chairs and coolers. We also rented the golf cart. We all had a great time!
