Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved The Green SeaHorse. Beautiful views, well decorated, bedrooms were large, and kids area was perfect for 4 kids. Elevator was perfectly located by the entry door. Nice fenced in yard for the dogs. Large Driveway was all paved.Need to fix the dryer lint screen, the tub in mater drains slowly, replace shower head in down stairs bathroom, the back railing by the lift is broken—all very simple items. We would rent this house again.

The cabin was beautiful and perfect and spacious for a large family. The beach view was perfect!! The only downside was that the AC had some issues while we were there, but the real estate company was very diligent getting someone out to look at it. The unit needed frion, but the repair tech said the unit definitely needed to be replaced due to being over 10 years old, but no fault of the real estate company. Overall the place was beautiful, spacious and clean. I would definitely stay again, but they would definitely have to get the AC unit replaced first. LOL!!

From the moment we arrived, we were so pleased with how thoughtfully the home is set up for families. Every detail seemed intentionally designed to make our beach trip feel effortless, from the well stocked kitchen to the abundance of linens and entertainment, and comfortable gathering spaces that made spending time together so easy and enjoyable. The cabin was so spacious. There were more than enough beds and room for everyone to spread out comfortably without ever feeling crowded. What truly made this place special, though, was the warmth throughout the home. The beautiful family photographs and personal touches made it feel more like a home than a rental cabin. Instead of feeling like a temporary stay, it felt welcoming, lived in, and full of love. This cabin has easily become our new favorite vacation home, and we are already looking forward to coming back and making more memories. ❤️

I absolutely loved this house! It was fully furnished with everything you would need! It was in a great location and the house was very spacious! Checking in was smooth and easy! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because when we arrived the AC was not working. We thought it might have been a fluke from us un packing and going in and out of the house so we went to the beach to let it cool down. It never did we came back and it was 83 in the house and the AC was not working. We called the after hr number and they sent someone to install 5 small window units until someone could come out and fix the ac. That was my understanding. 1 ac for both bottom rooms and 2 for the living room. No one ever came to fix the AC. The house never reached below 76 until the middle of the night. By end of the day it would be 79 down stairs and 77 upstairs. It was miserable coming back to the house to rest or even come back to eat. I texted the after hr number with pictures of the thermostat the last night we were there and someone did call us but I was not by my phone to answer. So I called back and no one answered or even called back. I still have not received and apology or response back. For the amount of money we spent it definitely was a bad experience sleeping hot and not being able to enjoy the house fully.

Our Special Time

Everyone in my family was there. Even though it was short we had a wonderful time being together. The house was so spacious and we had a great view of the beach. It was a beautiful home for our summer vacation

Beach Reunion

We had a group of 15 people together, from 4 to 70 years old and we had a blast. Close to the beach with beautiful views. Plenty of room and all the kitchen items you could ask for. We loved it!

Beautiful house. Great location. We had my son and his family as well as my daughter and her family. Plenty of rooms for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with many spices and seasonings. The g-kids had a blast!!

We have rented a house on Crystal Beach for the last 10 summers. This is by far the best one. The kitchen had lot of dishes and cooking options. Mattress on the beds we’re comfortable. AC up and down stairs worked great. The only complaint we have is the front and side doors. They are complicated to close so it cased a lot of problems with is having 7 kids. Then one that we could hardly get to lock. We will be back!
