Enjoy this upper level One bedroom, one bathroom unit with Ocean views. Very close to the ocean and just 5 mins walk to Brenneckes beach. Great Natural light and big windows. No shared walls for great privacy and feeling like a single family home. Private garden and plenty of parking. BBQ grill, beach gear and more are available onsite. Feel like a local living in paradise.Newly installed outdoor jacuzzi to share with other units on the property.



Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.

Great location! The accomodations were comfortable. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. All communications with the owner were easy and responses were quick. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great little spot. The property has everything you need for a family with smaller kids or a couple. We had surfboards with us so there was plenty of room to lay them out in the grass, rinse them off, and hang out everything to dry. There is another set of rentals on the back of the property, but it is still quite private. The hot tub was perfect after a long day at the beach. The closest beach is a blast for body boarding and body surfing. The turtles are all over the beaches. The Poipu area is perfect for exploring the south and west side of Kauai.

Great Location

Located close enough to walk to the beach. Unit has lots of items you can use for beach time such as chairs, umbrellas, etc. very convenient. Bed was comfy, good size bathroom, nice large deck. Drinks and snacks were a welcomed surprise. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing time in Poipu

Everything was as advertised. check in and out was a breeze. the property is in a perfect spot, it was clean and very well stocked with everything for the beach and condo. We would not hesitate to book again.

We felt so cozy and at home here. We enjoyed sitting out at sunset on the lanai and walking 3 minutes down to the beach every evening to see the turtles / seals nearby. Huge bathroom and comfortable bed. It felt like the absolute perfect beach bungalow for our honeymoon as we werent looking for a luxury hotel but something clean and nice that felt like home away from home, immersed in nature with indoor outdoor space for our honeymoon and this is exactly what we got. We had an issue with the stove and phil talked us through it on the phone immediately and was really helpful. Will be back as soon as possible, Mahalo !

Right in the heart of Poipu

The property was clean and very well maintained with a kitchen that had everything you need for a longer stay. The view from the lanai was superb, especially in the evening. A 5 minutes walk to poipu beach and 20 to shipwreck, also easy to get to the main highway if you need to head west. Really a great property, and I look forward to staying again when I'm back on the island!

Great location and accommodation!

The one bedroom house was clean ,stocked with thoughtful items and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom shower was great! There was enough storage for a weeks worth of my clothing in the bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is small, but equipped adequately for preparing simple meals.The eating area and couch were comfortable and useful. The porch was very helpful as you could relax in the chairs or eat at the small table for 2. Every beach supply you could ever need is there as well as two adult bikes. The house is located two blocks from Poipu and Brennecke beach, an easy walk. The manager , Corey was very responsive and helpful. Great place to stay !

Poipu Paradise

The place was amazing. It was the perfect size for two people, me and my girlfriend in this case. If you aren’t looking for a romantic getaway, up to four people can fit comfortably because there’s a pullout bed. You’re about 200 meters or so from the water. It’s about a 2-3 minute walk to the water, and a 5-6 minute walk to the beaches nearby which are swimmable. We saw plenty of people snorkeling out there. The beaches were great. We often walked to the left, found a stone bench, and would watch the turtles come up and eat off the rocks. You can see the water from the place. It’s pretty quiet which is nice. All in all, it was a top notch place and I would go back.

Beach Tree House

Excellent location in Poipu on a quiet, cul-de-sac, walking distance to the beach. Ocean views and sunset colors from the lanai and living/bedroom make this place the perfect vacation retreat! Great communication with host and property is exactly as pictured. We will be back; we loved staying here so much.

Great location and space for two

Stayed with my wife. Great location and the place was clean and charming. Can’t go wrong with staying in Poipu. Had everything we needed and the basement storage/laundry was a plus. Host made it super easy to check-in and check-out was easy.

This location and place was so beautiful. One of our favorite Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. Comfy bed. Full kitchen. Easy parking. So much beach gear-make sure to see what's available downstairs before heading to the local beaches! Not too far from great hikes. Good communication. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Great stay on the south side!

We normally stay on the north shore when we come to Kauai but when our place wasn’t available the first few days we booked here and we highly recommend it as a charming bungalow for two. We loved our mornings sitting on the patio overlooking beautiful trees and landscaping with the ocean in the distance. It is a very quiet area despite being in a neighborhood. Our host was so helpful and responsive and welcomed us with yummy local treats. He provided bikes to ride just down the road to the beach. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well and the TV was set up for logging into our streaming channels after dark when there’s nothing left to do on Kauai! What else do you need?

The location is perfect! We were able to take a 10 min walk from the property to the beach everyday to see turtles, seals and the beautiful sunset. The host is very helpful and check in/out were seamless! Thank you for hosting us :)

Just wonderful!

This is a nice, clean and quiet vacation rental. At our arrival, we were surprised to find a gift for us. Corey, the manager, is very helpful and friendly. He will immediately answer every question you might have and he will make everything so that you enjoy your stay. The security lock at the entry door is very easy to use. The kitchen is well stocked with quality utensils and the view from the balcony is one of a kind! Mahalo!
