Spend your next southern Utah vacation at The Gathering Place! This beautiful home will be finished and available starting December of 2021. Spend your days exploring all that southern Utah has to offer, from boating and four-wheeling at Sand Hollow State Park to hiking Angel's Landing and the Narrows at Zion National Park. After a day of adventure and exploring the local trails, come back and sink into your private hot tub and soak away your troubles. Make priceless memories with your loved ones while roasting marshmallows over the firepit and hanging out on the comfortable outdoor furniture to tell late-night stories. Come inside and team up for some card games, or grab the pickleball paddles and balls and head to the resort's pickleball courts for some friendly competition!

This beautiful home can sleep 11 people with 2 king bedrooms, a bunk room featuring a triple-tier twin bunk, and 2 additional double beds. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom for convenience, and there is a double futon sectional in the loft for extra space! The kitchen is generously stocked with the cookware and utensils needed to make a family meal and enough entertainment for your whole group to keep busy for your whole stay - no matter what you enjoy, The Gathering Place is sure to have something for you!

Perfect Girls Trip Get Away

This was a perfect girls trip weekend get away. The beds are so comfortable, the house is impeccably clean, check in was a breeze. The location is perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

We traveled to St. George for Christmas and New Years, it was a perfect week. Excellent weather, the house had all the amenities, the hot tub was perfect at night and the pool was so much fun for the kids! It was heated and the kids had a great time there all day and night. We'll definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a few days and had the best time!! Beautiful place to stay with the pool just close enough to walk and pickleball courts as well. The hot tub was the cherry on top leaving us with so much to do in such a short time. We LOVED the spacious rooms and the beautiful view. Will definitely be back!

Perfect!

The place was so clean and had excellent amenities. The hot tub was excellent for a later night. We stayed with some friends, and the nightly rate was lower than many others around the area with comparable sizes, but didn't sacrifice anything to make that cut. It was the perfect spot for our stay!

Amazing

My wife and I along with a couple of friends stayed here last week and our experience was incredible. The condo was clean and super nice. For the first time in my life there were enough towels that we didn't have to worry! St gorge was a beautiful place and I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun get away!

Great place!

Very clean place! We had a great time. The master TV doesn't work on there were no bikes, like tye description stated. We still has a great time. It's close to good trails and a great complex.

New, clean, and spacious

We have stayed in lots of rental homes and this one was so nice! It felt new, clean, and we loved the set up: king beds in two room and lots of bunks in the kids room. The family room and loft had nice comfy couches, the dining table was large, and the bathrooms were all spacious and nice. Everything was spotless, which I especially appreciate. The neighborhood and pool were great as well!

Perfect Place for Our Needs

We loved staying at this property and wished we could have stayed longer. It had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable. Very beautiful. Very Cozy. No issues with anything. We absolutely loved our stay. I don't think we will ever stay at a hotel again when properties like this are available.
