Check in was fine. Not a sharp knife to be found- no vent hood or dishwasher or icemaker. Beds were uncomfortable & didn’t work well for 2 couples - says sleeps 6- didn’t think standard sofas counted as a bed? Minimal hooks for wet towels - only 2 chairs at fire pit

What a wonderful place to stay in the Northern Neck! Comfortable, well furnished, wonderful water pressure in the shower, lovely closed porch, friendly neighborhood, and very walkable to all that Kilmarnock has to offer. I’ve already recommended this lovely house to friends here who want to get away. Thanks, Amber for having us!

Just what we were looking for

Everything about the property and host were perfect. We're in town for a waterfowl show in nearby white stone and looking for a close by rental. House was clean, host was great to work with, accommodations were perfect, beds were comfortable, and shower had nice water pressure. Definitely recommend.

Cozy, convenient getaway!

I had an amazing weekend at this stay! Perfect location, right in town, Cozy amenities and environment. Great backyard to enjoy with your pet and family or friends!

This is a clean comfortable house. It is centrally located to everything. The only issues were the toilet seats didn't match the toilets and were loose and after the owner had installed the new heat/ac unit they didn't cover over the old air ducts and as it was cold while we were there cold air came out of them. I would go back again because we know how to deal with the issues now and everything else was really nice. The bed was quite comfy which is a big thing for those who travel.

Return to Farley!

Just as the last time we stayed, we really enjoyed this spot. Perfectly located to walk to fun Kilmarnock shops/restaurants, and an easy drive to surrounding towns. Quiet, comfortable, well-appointed, charming. We look forward to our next visit!

Very cute house accurately described on line with attractive and modern furnishings and great back yard for our dog. Nicely equipped and so close to down town Kilmarnock. So very convenient. Would be happy to come back!

Engagement weekend!

We booked a long weekend stay in Kilmarnock and the Farley was a home away from home.. recommend to anyone traveling. One upgrade I would suggest, is fencing in the area infront of the shed for guests with smaller misbehaved dogs-lol we saw some poison ivy back there. :)

Cute two bedroom house, very clean!

The location of this property was perfect for us. It was off the busy street, but right around the corner from everything. Your property was easy to access, and the backyard was beautiful. We had everything we needed for our stay. The bench in the master bedroom was perfect for our suitcases. We loved that the lights had plugs & ports in them. However, the three-way light would get very bright before you could turn it off. We would absolutely stay here again if we could not find one with a king size bed. That was the only upgrade that could have improved our stay. Thank you so much for a safe and drama free vacation spot to visit our family.God bless.🙂

Fun 4th!

Visited my family in Kilmarnock for the 4th of July. The Farley was perfect for us. We loved the neighborhood & due to its close location to town we were able to walk to breakfast & the grocery store! It was a particularly hot few days & the house stayed very cool, plus it was nice to have the carport to keep our car out of the hot sun! Thanks Amber!!

Adorable home!

Everything about our stay was perfect! Amber is a top-notch host, which shows in her amazing decor and cleanliness. Everything you could need is in this home and more! It's a nice quiet neighborhood and the backyard was definitely a plus! Very close to Main Street and lots of shops and restaurants. You can't go wrong with this place!

Great house

We were in town for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Very good communication with owner, who was very responsive and accommodating to some last minute changes we had to make to our travel plans. The house itself is exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We liked it so much we’ve already booked it for another stay to explore the area a bit more. Highly recommend this house!

Adorable home

The house is so clean and cute with a central location right off Main Street. It had everything we needed, including a great backyard for our pup. We would love to return!

Just was we were looking for!

This precious house was just what we were looking for! We were in town for a baseball tournament and this house was 3 min from the fields. The first thing we noticed was house exceptionally clean everything was. Amber was also very prompt in her responses to any requests/questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again!
