Nestled just a 5-minute drive from the vibrant town of Tamarindo, our home offers a tranquil retreat in a peaceful enclave surrounded by nature and the playful sounds of howler monkeys. Bask in the warm embrace of sunny mornings and afternoons by our exquisite 26-foot private pool, where family barbecues come to life on the inviting teak deck. Inside, discover two bedrooms adorned with super comfortable king-size beds .

The master features an ensuite bathroom and a spacious closet, with a bed strategically positioned for a pool view. The second bedroom doubles as a remote workspace with a charming desk. Revel in the fully equipped kitchen flooded with natural light, making your stay a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Welcome to your serene getaway in Costa Rica!

We will meet you to show you around and will be available before and during your stay to assist you.

The neighborhood is called los Jobos which is an upcoming area of tamarindo. Beach and down town are only 5 min away by car.

QUICK‑START INSIDE
• Tap water is safe to drink. One 5‑gal dispenser bottle provided; refills are on you.
• Wi‑Fi: network & password are on the router (next to the TV).
• A/C: keep at 24 °C / 75 °F. Turn off if you’ll be out > 1 h and keep doors/windows closed.
• TV: two remotes (TV + Smart Box on HDMI). Log out of personal streaming apps at check‑out.
• Laundry: load ≥ 8 kg and rinse sand off first; use beach towels (not bath towels) for the beach.
HOUSE REMINDERS
• Power/water/internet flickers up to 5 min are normal; call if any service is out > 1 h.
• Ants & the occasional (non‑poisonous) scorpion are common in the tropics.
• Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM — absolutely no parties; fines or eviction may apply.
• Lock doors/windows and don’t leave valuables in cars.
• Construction noise is possible during the day; message us if loud work continues after hours.
• Trash bin is in the parking area; collection Mon / Wed / Sat.
• Tipping: 10 % is already included at most venues; extra is appreciated. Feel free to tip cleaning staff directly.

1. Turn A/C OFF, fans to LOW.
2. Wash dishes & tidy surfaces.
3. Bag all trash and place it in the parking‑lot bin.
4. Leave the gate remote on the console table and lock the door (1370 + arrow).
5. Extra‑dirty check‑outs may incur an additional cleaning fee.

Great house, great host!

Andrea was a great host and we loved the property. It is perfect for couples traveling together. The house is modern and well kept, sits far enough from town that it’s quiet but still close enough to be convenient. You could walk to town (dirt road so it’s dusty) but it’s best if you have transportation. The pool is great for a late night or early morning swim and if you’re lucky the monkeys will be in the trees surrounding it!

Loved it. The house was perfect for us, with an amazing lounge area and pool. Was literally only a 5 minute drive to town. We saw some exotic birds and a chill iguana. Had no problems at all... would book again. 👏👏👌👌

It was ok… too far from town, uncomfortable loung spaces, not private as the listing suggested.

I didn’t receive the pin until after I arrived in Costa Rica, while it was easy to find the roads were extremely rough and the cab driver told me I was in a bad area. The house was nice, but the surroundings were constant construction (6am-9pm), dogs barking and a pool/maitnanceman that visited everyday for 1+ hours that I was unaware of. The cupboards did not stay open from the hinge and I had to message about turning the gas on so I could use the stove, and all the pool floaters had holes in them. While I enjoyed my time in Costa Rice, I was not impressed with the cost of this rental with what it offered. Sorry Andrea, but I do not recommend this rental.

From start to finish this was an incredible stay. Andrea answered all of our questions prior to arriving and was nice enough to even meet us in town and drive us to the property. The home itself was absolutely spotless and more than comfortable for my husband and I. I took the closet in the second bedroom and used the desk as a vanity and it was just a perfect situation. The area surrounding the home is jungle and we found all sorts of amazing wildlife but not in a weird way. There were monkeys swinging in the trees, howling And we loved every minute of that. The birds, a few Crawley critters, but nothing terrifying, and nothing in the house. The pool is lovely and someone was sent by every day to clean it, which we really appreciated. It is not walkable to town unless you really enjoy a good long, dusty walk, but it is absolutely convenient by car and far enough away from the crowds of Tamarindo to really feel like you’re out in nature but five minutes by car and you’re in the center of everything. The house was fully equipped with everything you might need including beach chairs to take with us when we went to other towns. I can’t say enough about our stay. We really really enjoyed it. if I had one suggestion for the homeowner it would be better lighting for the bathrooms , but that would honestly be it. Thank you so much for making it an amazing experience!! We would highly recommend!

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. La casa estuvo muy bien instalada y perfecta para descansar. Cerca de Tamarindo y de otras playas. El servicio y la rapidez de respuesta de Andrea Ochoa y su grupo fue excelente.

Casa hermosa, ideal para dos parejas

La casa está impecable, tiene todas las comodidades y todo lo que se ocupe para estar ahí sin necesidad de salir. Está a unos 8-10 minutos del centro de Tama en carro. Hay mucha privacidad ya que no hay muchas casas o propiedades construidas alrededor.

Very clean and comfortable house.

Our group of four stayed at this property for three nights. The house was clean, modern and had a well equipped kitchen. The yard and pool were perfect for spending the afternoon in. The walk into Tamarindo from the house takes about 30 minutes, it's doable but best if you have a vehicle or golf cart. We thought it would great if the house had a couple bikes for guests to use.

Private Oasis in Tamarindo

We absolutely loved staying here for our honeymoon! The home is clean and modern with a beautiful outdoor space. There is so much space, and we felt very comfortable. The property was gated and provided secure parking which was fantastic. We enjoyed the private pool, which was clean and well-maintained. It was fantastic to wake up to that view outside the main bedroom! Keep in mind a 4x4 vehicle is necessary to get to and from the house. We liked how quiet it was and the privacy was fantastic! Andrea was a dream to work with. She met as at the property to make sure we knew our way around. She provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, including a private fishing charter! She was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to be a phenomenal host. We were so appreciative of her help during our entire trip! We would absolutely stay here again, it was beautiful!
