It's so big, it could probably fit the entire cast of Beauty and the Beast. And let's be honest, who wouldn't want to have dinner in that ballroom? But let's not forget the real reason you're going to Disney World - to have some fun! And boy, does this resort know how to have a good time. With the ALOHA clubhouse, fitness center, arcade, pool, lazy river, waterpark, and more, you'll never want to leave. And when you finally get tired of all the excitement, you can relax in the private pool and spa at the mansion. It's like a mini oasis in the middle of all the madness. But don't worry, you won't have to worry about any evil queens trying to crash your party. There's a 24-hour security guard and enhanced cleaning services, so you can sleep easy knowing you're safe and sound. Great house and great resort

It was nice staying in a brand new house with all new furniture. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. Nice to have security at the gate that is through. The pool, hot tub and lazy river were also great. Owners were very quick to respond to and question or request we had. Would definitely rent again in the future.

Bad start ended great

Pros: Ash is by far the best host I've ever worked with. Prompt and genuinely cares about making sure you feel at home at his property. Beautiful house and decor. Very comfy and cozy. Cons: In my opinion the last guest trashed the house and cleaning crew did not have time to clean the house thoroughly. However, Ash was very concerned and took care of the problem to management. Overall: I would stay there again.

Amazing Property

Stayed here for Xmas 2021. The property is elegantly decorated. Tons of space for a big family or even multiple families. Just the right amount of “themed rooms” not too many. Great fitness room onsite for those fitness buffs. We definitely took advantage of the gym. The pool was amazing. Nearby activities included sand volleyball, basketball, and a large pool at the welcome center. No shortage of activities for the family. The host promptly answered all questions. Highly recommend. Will be renting again.

The home was very spacious and well suited for a large family, with plenty of rooms and comfortable, sturdy beds. Pillows were thick, which I reall appreciated, though guests who prefer flatter pillows may want to bring their own. The arcade games were fully functional and a hit with the kids, especially Pac Man and Mortal Kombat. Living room furniture was comfortable and sturdy, particularly the upstairs loft sectional. One kitchen island stool was wobbly, but there were enough other seating options to avoid it.Washcloths and toiletries were insufficient for a home of this size. This was disclosed in advance, but better provisioning would have been appreciated. The main issue involved pool heating and grill service. Pool heating was requested and confirmed in advance for November, but the pool was not heated upon arrival on Christmas Eve. Delays continued due to holiday closures. On December 26 it was discovered the authorization form was incomplete and no courtesy follow up had been sent. The grill was delivered that day, and the heater was supposedly activated, but the pool did not feel heated until the evening of December 28, the final day of service. Three days were paid for, but only about 12 hours were usable.Minor cleanliness issues included hair in a shower and a child’s sandals found in the living room when we arrived. Overall, the home itself was lovely and enjoyable, but improved service and communication from property management would be expected in the future.

Davenport to me, looks like a new settlement. Windsor resort is a great place for vacation !!!

My family and I really had a great vacation stayiny at Windsor particularly, our apartment. Our vacation home was everything to be called excellence and I hope it's properly maintained to retain its awesomeness. The security at the check-in point were very hostile, does not portray good image of this wonderful resort and therefore needs to be trained. If you are going to use any of the windsor homes, please ensure all guest names are registered with the check-in staff through your representative. I would have given 5 stars or even more but for my horrible experience at the check post. They were so rude and unwelcoming! I strongly recommend vacation home - the cleanness, serenity, top notch furniture, and accessible and responsive owners. Ther are very sweet!!!

Awesome house and host

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We had no issues with the home. Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Had no issues with checking into the home or at the gate. Ash and the Property Manager was proactive with requesting my guest list for the gate entry. We will be back. Thanks for welcoming us at your home!!!

This host is great!

We booked this house for an extended family vacation (17 of us) after not seeing much of each other since COVID. The house had enough room for everyone to go into their own space, but not too big to be able to have good interactions among the cousins. The host was great! Great communication throughout the process. Great house for our needs. Also, the kids loved the clubhouse. We really could have used another day at the home...but that was my mistake. The clubhouse was fun all by itself.
