We wish we’d known during your stay so we could’ve sent someone right over to fix it. As for the WiFi, our area’s internet can slow down a bit when the population explodes—beach life problems! 😉 We’re glad everything else made up for it and can’t wait to have you and your furry friend back for another great getaway.

Praveen, we are sorry to hear that this house was not a fit for your family vacation. When we received your call about the Wi-Fi, we did inform the property manager and the provider while offering other activities to do during your beach vacation! Wi-Fi is an amenity that is not guaranteed. We apologize for these issues, though we are pleased to announce the Wi-Fi is up and running. We have also repaired the blender in this home as well as provided a toaster! Thank you for informing us of these issues as it is the best way to ensure our homes are kept in perfect shape!
