This beachfront condo is complete with all the essentials and all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen with every appliance you could ever need, cable TV, central air conditioning, free WiFi, washer/dryer on site, a convenient balcony with great beach and ocean views, and a prime location!

THINGS TO KNOW
No smoking and no pets, please.
High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.
Indoor pool hours are limited and not guaranteed during the winter. The pool/hot tub is managed by the HOA/property.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Marigot 802 was a nice place for our stay in OC. The view from master bedroom and balcony is beautiful. Beds and couches were comfy..We would stay again

Marigot 802 rocks the waves!

Very clean and refreshing. The views of the ocean are amazing. The indoor pool was nice, but we did not use it. Very close to Acme food market. Bus stop near by. Beds were nice. Loved the full size washer and dryer.

Our stay at the Marigot Beach property

Our stay was pleasant, any issue we had was taken care of in a timely manner, The property location was perfect on the beach and very close to shopping and restaurants. Only main issue was getting a parking violation by (Mr Security) on the last night of our stay because I forgot to place the tag in my vehicle window even though he had all my vehicle information in the office when we arrived!

View from balcony was phenomenal. Everything from bathroom, living room furniture (sunken couch ), bedroom ( bed 20+ old) and very uncomfortable too carpet that needs replaced. Owners obviously have not put $$ in this condo for many, many years. Would not recommend to anyone until updated.

Property outdated and old.

Upon arrival, we were disappointed with the overall quality of the unit. The kitchen is very outdated. No ice or ice trays, things are thrown under the sink and bathrooms. Sadly, our ocean front bedroom view (which is why we booked) view was covered by plastic wrap and red tape. Unbeknownst to us as the renters, there is work being done to the entire complex. The hot water stopped working after my children took a bath. I was in constant contact with Vacasa and no one came out to check water. I asked for a refund after the second night and was offered 100. Disappointed. If we are paying a cleaning fee, clean under the beds and furniture. And black tape does not fix broken chairs. The kitchen table wobbles. If you do not want to update it for your guests who pay all the fees (435 for the weekend in the offseason), don't rent it out. I will not rent here again.

Disappointed

Love the location. Several items need attention. Cleaning service did not have unit cleaned. Dirty floors, coffee pot needed cleaned. Old blinds thrown under bed and full of dust. Main bathroom shower liner had mold. Vacasa did supply new which we replaced and did offer to send cleaning crew back in but we already had floors cleaned. Second bedroom needs some type of curtain to block light coming in. Blinds just don’t cut it. Screen(s) needed for balcony doors. Could not open due to bugs. Dining room chairs have stains on pads and one was broken and half a— repaired with electrical tape. Kitchen needs more flatware. Not enough forks had to continually wash to reuse. No wine glasses!!!! Linen service fid not provide wash cloths with towels. Had to go buy some. Disappointed in condition. We stayed in same unit in March and several of these items were noted previously.

Filthy and in disrepair.

In over 25 years of renting properties at the beach, I have never walked into a rental with as much health and disrepair as this. There seem to be no surface that was clean. Kitchen's floor has filled up of Filth indicating that no effort has been made in a long time to clean. Bathroom floors had what looked like a build up of pee around base of toilet. Bedding was old and worn and seemed to be a mismatch of leftovers or thrift store buys. Toilet does not flush without having to hold the handle down. Hot water is an issue as it runs out after only one or two showers. We called for repair and a plumber came out to fix it. But could not. The plumber indicated that the owner installed a 26 gallon water heater that is suitable for only 1 to 2 people. This is despite the fact that they advertise the unit can accommodate up to 8 guests. The sliding door was also not functioning properly. The handle was missing and unless you were strong enough, you were unable to open the slider to access the deck. Neither my wife or daughter were able to open it. Called repair and they came up and said they would get a handle, but then we never heard from them during the entire trip and I ended up having to buy my own WD-40 just so that I could at least open it. There was nothing about this unit that was nice except for the view. I wish I'd gone through the reviews before booking. So much of what I described above has been said in previous reviews over the last few years. It's obvious that they have not acted on previous complaints.

We recommend it

It was a nice place to stay at. Great view. Only issues were sliding door and inside bedroom doors were tough to open and close, some stains on the carpets and the master’s blinds were messed up (missing, too long, the blinds wouldn’t open or close properly or at all). But we would definitely stay here again. We recommend it.

Large, clean condo. Fit my family comfortably. Great view. Easy access to the beach, shopping, and food. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool as well. I found the check in after hours and out process very convenient. Would definitely stay here again / with this company. :)
