The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. This beachfront condo is ideally located within walking distance of various dining and shopping options; you can also take the bus for hassle-free travel to your favorite destinations. The historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and superb nightlife, is located five miles south. You can also plan a fun family day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, only four miles south.

This coastal condo gives you floor-to-ceiling oceanfront views from the living room and a stunning bayside view from not only your back door but also from your bedroom. Watch the sun come up, and the sun go down right from your condo! Golden Sands 1408 is centrally located in the complex so your views are front and center. The living room features an Ashley sofa and 55’' smart TV and a 50" smart TV for the bedroom where you can be cozy on your Sealy pillow top mattress. There's also a Keurig, coffee pot, toaster, blender, convection microwave oven with four-burner cooktop, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and a Bluetooth speaker/light/night light combo in the bathroom so you can listen to your favorite music. Beautiful travertine floors, extra hallway closet space, and a washer/dryer round out the offerings.

Things to Know
The kitchenette has a four-burner cook-top and a convection microwave, but no oven.
The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
