Cozy and modern family home nestled in small-town community

JUST ADDED: Full-size outdoor basketball hoop in driveway with 2 basketballs!

Looking for accommodations that are super comfortable and hassle-free? From our keyless entry to fully stocked kitchen to luxurious bedding to fireplace living area to games and activities, every aspect of this home has been set up to give you the most enjoyable stay possible. Nestled in a quiet development in the middle of Allendale but just around the corner from the Grand Valley campus and 20 minutes from Lake Michigan, this is the place to stay no matter your reason for being in town.

The main floor features a beautiful open-concept living area, kitchen and dining room with electric fireplace and 65” TV! King bed in the master and twin-over-full bunk bed in the second bedroom also on the main floor with newly updated full bathroom. The lower level features a queen-size bedroom, second full bathroom, optional 4th bedroom currently set up as an office and large multi-purpose or game room with lots of seating and another TV. Washer and dryer are located in the utility room downstairs.

Lots of convenient features including dimmable LED lights in all main living areas, remote controlled light/fan in master bedroom, cordless vacuum, exercise area with yoga mats and dumbbells, office desk and chair, games and activities and so much more. There is also a full-size basketball hoop in the driveway with 2 basketballs!

Nice family stay

We enjoyed having plenty of space for 7 people in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurant options close by and grocery stores. Easy check in and check out. Oweners had great communication and answered questions quickly.

Wedding

In town for a wedding with adult children. House worked out great with plenty of room for everyone. Location was great, in a nice neighborhood. Host was easy to work with. Would stay again if the need arose.

Incredible Stay!

Myself and my college golf team stayed in this home for a few days for a college golf tournament at Grand Valley State and the home was just what we needed! Super clean, spacious, and just as advertised! Extremely convenient location as well for anything on or around GVSU’s campus. Will definitely stay again in the future when we are in the area!

Ladies Bowling Weekend

The house was perfect for our trip. There were 8 of us in town for a bowling tournament. We had plenty of space for sleeping, playing cards and enjoying each others company. Beautiful well kept home close to many food options.

Great house gear location

Great customer service with owner! Super clean accommodating house. Close to everything too. Owners also provided courtesy paper product essentials that made arrival nice. Zero complaints and we would definitely rent again.

Quiet neighbourhood and clean home

We had a happy week staying here. Rooms were very clean. Steps down to the garden from the upstairs balcony would have been helpful as think we would have then used garden more but very minor issue. House was well appointed and easy to stay in.

Well-accommodated home in quiet neighborhood

This home was a perfect landing spot for our family of 4 while visiting our son at GVSU. The neighborhood is quiet, lovely, and safe. The home has everything we needed and was comfortable. The host answered questions in a timely manner and helped us to feel at ease. We will be back!

Great House for families

House was perfect for our weekend stay. We had 2 families stay in the house with little kids. There was enough space for the kids to play in the house. House was very clean and spacious. We will definitely look at staying here again for our next trip. Communication with Ben was great as he was available to answer any questions right away. Highly recommend this house.

Amazing property in quiet neighborhood. The description does not do it justice. Ben has this house well maintained and clean. Could not have asked for better accommodations to host my family while we attended our daughters graduation.

Not just a place to stay but an experience

This home is not just a commercial place to stay. It gives a great experience to the guests. Everything was perfect from the living room to the kitchen to the bedrooms. Everything is modernized to give the guests a true vacation experience. The host, Ben, was very responsive and available all the time to answer our questions. I highly recommend this home for any family that needs a real vacation experience! Thank you Ben!

Phenomenal access for whatever you are looking to do. Less than 2 miles from the campus of Grand Valley State University but in a quiet neighborhood that feels nothing like campus if that's not what you are in town for. 20 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids and 20 minutes to the white sand beaches of Lake Michigan. There are shops and restaurants to enjoy right around the corner or get out and explore the beautiful parks and countryside West Michigan has to offer!
