First floor (downstairs)- 4 bedrooms- 4 bedrooms with king size beds. 1 bedroom with queen size bed. 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 twin bunk bed. Living area has pull out couch. Futon located in master bedroom for extra sleeping. 4 bathrooms located downstairs. Upstairs (2nd floor) bedrooms- 3 bedrooms- 2 king size bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 1 full size bunk bed and 1 twin size bunk bed. 3 bathrooms upstairs. Smart TVs in every bedroom and living areas both floors. Elevator makes house handicap friendly. Ice machine to fill coolers for those hot summer days. Bed sheets and bath towels included. 6 beach chairs included.

My very large family enjoyed every aspect of this beautiful home. So well appointed and clean, and exceptionally well-stocked. The pool area with the tiki bar was fabulous!

Wonderful!

Our extended family of 16 had a fabulous time at OIB and the house accommodated us perfectly!! A few of our favorite highlights…- double kitchen appliances- large pool and pool deck - elevator for accessibility for elderly parents- commercial ice machine - large deck spaces for eating & lounging - proximity to beach was awesome- beautiful sunset marsh views The home was incredibly clean and owner very responsive. We would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful week at the beach!

The house was very welcoming and comfortable. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had a great layout for the rooms and lots of great space to use. It had all the amenities you could need. The pool was big and we really enjoyed using it. The location of the house was perfect. Great distance from the beach and restaurants. It was very accommodating to renting a golf cart. The host was very responsive, kind, and easy to work with! We had a wonderful week at the beach with our family and can’t wait to come back!

Best Week at Ocean Isle yet

This was the nicest house we’ve stayed in at Ocean Isle. We’ve been visiting this island for over fifty years. The kitchen has two stoves , two refrigerators,and two dishwashers . There are living room set ups on both floors. The swimming pool is a wonderful size . I can’t think of one negative thing about this home.

We had a fantastic stay at Isle Be Back! We had a large group of adults, teens and kids and had plenty of space! The dual appliances were amazing and we loved the ice machine in the garage! That was a big bonus. The 5 couples enjoyed that we each had our own private bathroom and didn’t have to share. The home was clean and organized. There were more than enough dishes and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was available and in good condition. The pool was large enough for our whole group and the proximity to the beach was perfect for us! Ashley was an excellent communicator and extremely quick to respond to any questions while we were there. Overall this was a great home for a large group and we would stay here again for sure!

Amazing weekend!

We rented this beautiful house on Memorial Day weekend for our entire bridal party. It slept 22 people comfortably and was extremely spacious. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, and stocked kitchen with everything you could imagine. Would definitely book again for a big group.

Family week at OIB

Very happy with this property, especially the size of the outdoor space and the pool. This was our second year at this property and were very happy with how well it is kept. Ashley (property mgr) is a pleasure to work with.

Great House!

Our group of friends stayed here Memorial Day Weekend ‘22. The house was perfect for the 6 couples and their kids. The ice maker is great, not having to go get ice for the coolers is awesome! Pool and bar area were also ideal for the kids and the adults! Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property

Everyone in our family of 19 really enjoyed staying at this house. Everything was tops. WE have been staying in the Myrtle Beach area for more than 20 years and now prefer Ocean Isle. We definitely want to rent this property in the future.

Perfect Family Beach House!

Our family had an amazing stay at Isle Be Back in Ocean Isle Beach! We had 9 adults, and 4 kids under 3 years old, with a multigenerational group of our family. The house, including the location, was perfect! It was the most well stocked house we’ve ever stayed in, and having two of every appliance in the kitchen made a HUGE difference for us. Also, the convenience of a refrigerator/freezer/ice maker on the pool level was fantastic. There were also a bunch of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and floats for the pool! The beach access was just a short walk away and didn’t have stairs so that made it easier to haul all the stuff needed for toddlers at the beach - and easier for the great-grandparents to get there too. The elevator in the house also helped with access for everyone. One of our favorite things about the house was the incredible view of the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway. The sunsets were spectacular! Ashley was a dream to work with - from booking the house a year ago, to communication and making sure we had all we needed while we were in OIB - I can’t say enough good things about how great she’s been. We’ll Be Back for sure!!

Great beach house

We've been renting beach houses for 15 years on OIB & Sunset and this house is one of our favorites! The kitchen is very well equipped. Views of the marsh are fab and the beach is a short/convenient walk. The pool and landscaping are lovely and the industrial ice maker was so useful! The check-out "chores" were minimal/reasonable. The host was available and helpful if needed. We had a great week.

Awesome stay!

We had a great vacation here! It was a group of 6 families and we all had plenty of space and didn’t feel crowded at all. Loved having 2 of all kitchen appliances. Especially loved having the ice maker on the ground level! The pool was great and is an easy walk to the beach! The outdoor shower was nice as well. I think my only wish would have been a bathroom at ground level so the kids didn’t have to fully dry off before going to the bathroom. But overall, we all want to come back again!!

Great House!

The house was great - clean and extremely well-equipped. Less than a block to a no-stairs beach access. The pool was large enough for our whole group to enjoy. Great floor plan for our group of 13 adults (5 couples plus three adult children) everything you could ever want in the kitchen and lots of beach equipment. We appreciated the two dishwashers, ovens and fridges, the nice sharp knives, and the sheer number of plates, mugs, wine glasses, etc that were provided. We could have used a few really large bowls for meal prep and serving. The only drawback in this house was the limited amount of hot water for showers, but nothing is perfect. Communication with the host was terrific and the check-in process completely frictionless. We would definitely return to this amazing rental.

Great house, great communication, great time!

My family and I (wife + kids, plus my brother, sister, mom and dad) had a great visit! The house was gorgeous and exceed all of our requirements (6+ bedrooms, pool, outdoor sitting areas and close to the beach!) This is either a new house, or has been completely updated in the past few years. Everything was really high-end. Crown molding throughout, nice flooring, beautiful showers! It was really nice! The 7 bedrooms were exactly what we needed. The owners also appear to have taken lots of guest feedback into consideration. There were 2 dishwashers in the kitchen, and both were used by my family on a daily basis. There is a commercial ice machine on the ground level, which again was very convenient. Both are great touches, that no house we've stayed at (at this price point) has had before. We've always had to run the dishwasher twice and struggled with the ice making capabilities of a normal fridge/freezer combo. Lastly, from the 3rd level, which is the main living area of the house, there is no direct pool access. This was a big bonus when considering my 3-year old loves to play hide and seek. Since he rarely went down to the 2nd floor, he never could have visited the pool unknowingly. The only down side to our stay has nothing to do with the house at all. We've never stayed on Ocean Isle Beach, and while we absolutely would again, there wasn't much to do outside of the 1 mini golf course and a handful of takeout choices. We've stayed at different houses near this price point in New Jersey, Florida, etc. but this was by far the nicest of any we've stayed at. We would definitely book here and in Ocean Isle Beach again! Special shoutout to the owner who answered about 10000 questions leading up to and during our vacation. Thank you!

Located at Ocean Isle Beach and is a small family oriented beach. The house has covered parking and lighting up to 6 cars. Access to a private pool, tiki bar and outdoor shower. The pool can be heated for an additional $80 a night. Smart TVs in every bedroom and living areas. Rental includes bed and bath linens for all stays. Outside decks along with patio area by pool, furnished with patio style chairs. Keyless entry. Kitchen has double kitchen appliances and is well stocked with all of your kitchen needs ( 2 crock pots, blender, dish ware, silverware, pots, pans, baking sheets, etc.) Dining room can seat up to 12-14 people. Additional seating at kitchen island and table facing the living room. 2 large tables on top floor deck perfect for outside dining and relaxing.
