Welcome to 32 Firethorn! This beautiful home is sure to be all your family desires from a vacation home. As you enter the home through the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole boards and a refrigerator.

Once you enter the main floor you will notice the light gray floors that look like driftwood. The main floor open concept is the perfect spot for the entire family to gather! This space is anchored by a large kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas stove and a 4-seat island counter. The dining room table seats 12, giving you plenty of room for the entire family to gather for a meal. The large living room has a blue sectional sofa and mounted 65" SMART TV which is the perfect place for family movie nights or cheering on your favorite sports team! From here you have access to the screened-in porch with ceiling fans, a fireplace, a patio couch and two chairs. Take the stairs down to the pool area. This large outdoor living space has everything you need to enjoy long days by the pool or the beach, both in and out of the sun. There is even an outdoor shower. Under the deck there is a Jacuzzi tub, couch, two chairs, ceiling fan and outdoor lights surrounding the area. By the pool you have 3 lounge chairs, 3 Adirondack chairs and the Nexgrill. There is another sitting area that is covered. It has a high-top table with seating for 8, an ice maker and a 50" Roku TV.

Back inside the house, behind the living room, is the master bedroom with a king bed and 50" Roku TV. The private bath has a granite top double vanity, walk-in shower, and walk-in closets. Across from the entrance to the home is a ½ bath. To the left of the entrance is bedroom #2 with a king bed, blue bench seat and a 42" Roku TV. The private bath has a double vanity and walk-in shower with bench seat. Across the hall is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Bedroom #3 has a king bed, accent chair and 42" Roku TV. The private bath has a double vanity and walk-in shower. On the street side of the house there is another covered deck with 2 Adirondack Chairs.

Up 17 stairs to the second floor is a small reading area with two comfortable chairs. To the right is a kid’s bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds and a mounted 40" Roku TV. The shared bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The adjacent bedroom has two full size beds and a 40" Roku TV. Across the hall is the final bedroom with a king bed and 40" Roku TV plus a private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower with bench seat.

32 Firethorn is a short walk or bike ride to the beach and is just down the street to the bike path that covers the entire eastern portion of the Island, a perfect way to get around. Also nearby is Coligny Plaza (60+ shops/restaurants and a grocery store). Also be sure to visit the Lowcountry Celebration Park, just minutes away. This new, 10-acre park features the Adventure Playground, complete with a ship and a wading pool.
