Arrival/Departure
• You will receive the gate & house codes 48 hours prior to arrival.
• Check-in is 4pm (your door code will activate at 4pm exactly)
• Check-out is promptly by 10am
Sorry we can not offer early check-ins or late check-outs in order to provide enough time for our cleaners to prepare the house for the next guest. A $150 fee is charged for late check-outs.

Parking Rules (per HOA & the City of Destin)
• We are permitted for a maximum of three (3) vehicles.
• Golf carts are NOT allowed.
• Street parking (or vehicles hanging over into the street) is not allowed.
• Limited overflow parking is available.
• No boats, jet skis, trailers, or RV are allowed in the complex.

Other Notes
• We provide fresh linens, bath towels, soaps, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners to get you through the first couple of days. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the guests.
• No Smoking - This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $500 plus any additional cleaning fees.
• No Parties
• No Pets

IN ORDER TO RENT THIS PROPERTY:
• Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest”
• Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 48 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Rental Agreement within 48 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
• Credit card must be in Booking Guest's name
In other words, ALL these must be in the SAME NAME.
