Welcome to the “BLUE HERONPSJ.com” a brand new and impeccably furnished home with a goin’ coastal vibe.
This home has four bedrooms and three full baths which will accommodate nine guests comfortably. The supersized king master has an “office” area for those who choose to combine work and pleasure during their stay. The master also has a private bath with a double vanity, large shower and walk in closet. Three of the four spacious bedrooms are located upstairs while one of the bedrooms and full bath are located on the main level. This makes it possible for those who are unable to climb stairs to participate in all the family time activities. We are including a GOLF CART with our rental at check in with appropriate waivers and responsibilities form being signed off on. There are also bikes at the property for your use at no cost.
Two screened porches allow you to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in privacy, if you get up that early. Then in the evening make your way to the front porch to enjoy your favorite beverage while sitting on the comfy couch on the front of the home. Taking in the peace and serenity of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. The home offers plenty of room for quiet spaces to watch tv and nap, or hang out together in the large open living room attached to the kitchen area. Speaking of kitchen area this new home has all brand new stainless steel appliances, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything even the most discriminating chefs would want to be able to prepare awesome meals at home. Everything has been thought of even a crockpot.
This home is located in a community called WindMark which is a five minute drive to downtown Port St Joe so you can enjoy shopping and dining. Door to shore is a leisurely five minute stroll on one of the charming boardwalks where you will find the squeaky powder white sand on this amazing pristine beach where shell hunting is awesome. There is wildlife everywhere including those Blue Herons. The community boasts an amazing community pool, miles of bike/walking paths which are blocked to cars, and a city center with restaurants, salon, gym, and sundry store.

In 2020 we decided to get away for long Presidents Day weekend to look at beach houses so when "someday" came we would be ready. Little did we know that "someday" would come that weekend. Not only did we buy a home that weekend, but we moved here 60 days later. We love WindMark, and wanted to have others enjoy this special going coastal place as we do. Less than two years after finding "someday" the BlueHeronPSJ.com flew into our lives, and it was totally unexpected. We hope you enjoy your stay at the BlueHeronPSJ.com and we strive to make certain that your experience is first rate. We live in the community, if there is anything we can do to make your stay the "best vacation ever" please reach out and we will give it our best shot.

The BlueHeronPSJ.com is about 400 steps door to shore, the miles of walking, biking, and golf cart riding trails are awesome. The house itself is comes with your starter set of dish soap, dishwasher soap, TP, make up remover wipes, and paper towels to get you going when you get in the house. We have tried to think of everything our guests might want; hair dryers, iron, full size washer/dryer, multiple coffee makers, crock pot, serving utensils platters, dishes, microwave, stove, large side by side fridge, BBQ/BBQ utensils, luxurious sheets, luxurious towels, TVs in every room, and more on the way. The WindMark downtown is walking distance, and the Port St Joe Downtown is 3.5 miles by car. Enjoy the goin' coastal cillaxin' vibe that the BlueHeronPSJ.com has to offer.....sea-u-soon!
