An incredible and short walk to Barton Springs Pool, Lady Bird Lake Trail, UMLAUF Sculpture Garden and Zilker Park. Plus, quick access to the best of South Lamar, SoCo and downtown.

Much needed respite

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. The property was perfect and located close to all of our weekend events. I highly recommend the property and thank the property managers for making the rental and access process so easy!

We stayed at this townhouse with my husband and our two girls in their 20s for ACL and our dog. It is in a great location about a 15 minute walk to Zilker park and even shorter walk to Barton Springs entry. Neighborhood is very quiet but, has a ton of apartments and townhomes on this street so cars everywhere. House is clean, great lay out, good parking in driveway and in garage (garage needs to be cleared out - but still room to park in it) and great back yard/patio area which we sat out on every morning and evening. The house and yard are in need of quite a bit of TLC and touch ups - showing its age and wear and tear and what looks to be some previous water damage down the stair wall. Kitchen is old and worn out but, was well equipped other than no baking dishes or pans (we cook during our VRBO stays), and had a new sink and new microwave. There were plenty of towels for all, beds were comfortable, could use new pillows and some blankets upstairs. It was really nice to have a full bath downstairs even though the downstairs shower is really small - still worked great. The house is just a little bit campy but, very true Austin style and we enjoyed our stay and hanging out in this townhouse. Will stay here again for sure.

Location, location, location!

Great part of Austin to stay in! We lived in Austin for over 20 years and moved away 3 years ago. This location is so close to the hike and bike trail, Barton Springs Pool, and all sorts of great restaurants and live music venues downtown. It made it easy to visit friends, and enjoy the best parts of Austin. Plus, our dog loved this area - so many four-legged friends to meet on the trails. We’d definitely stay here again!

Dance Weekend

Great location! We came to Austin for my son’s dance competition at Palmer Events Center. We were super close and had fun trying some of the local restaurants. House was super cute and clean. Great back porch. Online it states there were 2 kings, but it was actually one king and one queen. Not a huge deal though. Thank you!

An excellent rental within walking distance to Barton Springs, Zilker Park and downtown Austin

I highly recommend this rental property - a nice-sized 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex with 2-car garage, full kitchen and living room, great backyard, within walking distance to Barton Springs, Zilker Park, Lady Bird Lake and everything downtown. Rental bikes are available around the corner, there's so much to do so close, either walking or a short uber ride. Great bars and restaurants, lots to do outdoors. The duplex is stocked with anything and everything you might need - beds are super comfortable and an air mattress and extra bedding is available; pots, pans and dishes if you want to stay in and cook (the kitchen is a bit outdated and worn but still 100% functional); safe quiet neighborhood (mostly duplexes and apartment buildings); great backyard for just hanging out. Prompt and friendly communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Austin!

Quick Austin wedding getaway

We loved the property and found the neighborhood to be exactly what we wanted in Austin. Having lived in the neighborhood previously, we wanted to be back and enjoy the area around Barton Springs and the greenbelt/Zilker park. This place was close to everything and was still very quiet. Will stay here again next trip to Austin

Cozy spot in a great neighborhood, perfect for pets and outdoor fun!

We had an excellent weekend stay in the beautiful, fun Zilker neighborhood. This duplex is cozy and cute, nicely decorated, with all the amenities. We enjoyed grilling on the patio and hanging out with our dogs in the fully fenced backyard. There is even a doggy door! Everything was clean, fresh towels and sheets, and extra blankets. The AC worked great in this summer heat. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking meals at home. Being able to park in the garage was a nice perk too. It was an easy 15 minute walk down to Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park via the Lady Bird Lake trail. Tons of great food and drinks nearby (we enjoyed Loro, Phoebe's Diner, and Tatsuya Ramen). Highly recommend!

Super Lage

Für unseren Kurztrip nach Austin hatte dieses Haus alles zu bieten, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kommt per Uber in 5 min ins Zentrum, hat einen kleinen Supermarkt fussläufig und auch der nahe gelegene Zilker Park bietet ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum entspannen wie Baden, Stand up Paddeln oder einfach nur spazieren.
