Fabulous Family Retreat In A Quiet Cove, Sleeps 10

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home sleeps up to 10 and is the perfect spot for a fun family vacation. This relaxing retreat is located at the end of a peaceful cove in Osage Beach near mile marker 23. You can fish, swim, and kayak off the large swimming deck or bring your boat and explore the 93 miles of lake. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, and there is plenty of barware to mix up your favorite cocktail, which you can enjoy on two spacious decks. Play all day and get your beauty rest between adventures in one of the 4 guest rooms (3 king, 1 queen). The basement features a pull out couch and is perfect for a group of kids to "camp out".

DOCK
There are cleats at both ends of the dock to tie off two boats. These spaces are 25 feet in length and approximately 10 feet deep on the lakeside. Additionally, there is a 30 foot space where you can tie off another boat along the lakeside edge of the dock, but the swimming ladder will be inaccessible while a boat is located there. The dock has year round water access and is approximately 6 feet deep on the lakeside during the winter stage. PLEASE NOTE: The boat lift is not available for guest use.

BOAT LAUNCHES
The closest public boat launches are the Grand Glaize Beach Marina and the Pa He Tsi Boat Launch in Lake of the Ozarks State Park, which is about 5 miles from the house by land and 7 miles by water.

AMENITIES
There is a lily pad float and two kayaks available on the dock to use at your own risk. There are lifejackets in a storage box on the dock and floats for lounging if you need to borrow one.

There are uncovered parking spaces for approximately 6 vehicles.

Piece of crap when we arrived, dirty sheets and bath towels on beds and bathroom floor. Dirt diapers

Stay was great. Cleanliness was horrible. Dirty diapers in kitchen trash with no lid, house smelled of this. All beds had dirty sheets laying on top, dirty towels piled on bathroom floors. Contacted Mary Schmale(sp) in Evanstan, IL. She was very attentive and resolve the issues very timely. We are over it, no more discussion is needed. Thank you!!

Perfect Vacation

House was exactly as described and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate the 10 people in our group. The teenagers had plenty of fun swimming and kayaking. The host was very responsive to all of our messages. I would not hesitate to book this place.

This property was perfect for our stay. The basement gave our teens a place to play video games and have a separate space from everyone else. We had a few minor issues that were dealt with promptly. Great stay in a comfortable space.

We had a great time with our multi family vacation group. The house was perfect but the dock was even better! It was nice to have lots of parking for everyone and the beds are comfy! The host was so awesome and very responsive!

We had a wonderful time at this property! Had all the space and everything we needed and more! Loved the calm cove!!! Saw lots of wildlife. Great parking and access to swimming dock. We used the kayaks which were a lot of fun !! Highly recommend !

Wonderful stay for everyone.

We rented this home for our annual trip to the Magic Dragon Car show. Our group had four adults and three kids ranging in age from 5-18. The house was perfect for our stay. The house was very nice and had everything we could have needed and more. We really enjoyed sitting in the decks and the boat dock, the cove was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend this house and would rent it again!

Very Clean and Nice Property - Very Quiet

This is a very nice and very clean property. It is situated at the very back of a cove with no views of boats coming in, etc. if you want it quiet, then this is a great place to be. If you are looking for a view to watch boats go by, then this is not ideal for that as you are at the very back of the cove. It is located near Margaritaville which is a positive. Great for a large group and a place to stay and hang out.

Great home with lake access. Calm cove with quiet neighbors

House was very clean, close to town, gas stations for bait and boat fuel on the lake. The propery has 2 decks, a great dock where the kids could fish and catch lots of panfish from the dock and even a big catfish! Even though the owner had their boat at the dock, there was still room for our ski boat as well. She was even available when the ladies locked themselves out and needed to get back in without the lock code. Very nice place! Reasonably priced and very family friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay. Cove was quiet, Great neighbors, amazing dock ( our boat fit perfect here), very clean! Inside the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great place, would stay again.

Great location and plenty of space. Liked that it wasn't a long walk down to the dock like some properties. The king bedrooms are huge but note that one does not have any windows. All the living space was very functional and plenty of room for our group of 7. We had a small issue with the garbage that was addressed timely. Also, not impressed with the cleaning service as we had to do some clean up on the floors, tossing of prior guests food from the fridge & cleaning their dirty dishes from it, and fixing the fitted sheets on two of the beds (how do you not know how a fitted sheet goes!). Overall good experience with just minor hiccups but would stay here again.

Great place with friends

We were a small group of mom friends looking for a nice house with amenities and this was a perfect fit. The rooms were very large and the basement was huge, although we didn’t spend anytime downstairs. The kitchen is a bit small but it was great with everything we needed. The house was very clean and updated with comfy couches and chairs, with enough room with our group of 8. The doc was awesome. Plenty of room to lay out. The docks in the cove are very close to one another. Overall the house and dock were a great fit for wat we were wanting. Thank you!
