The space
You get the whole upstairs level of the house in a private space. Only the backyard would be shared with the downstairs guests, our longer-term tenants.

You get the off-street deep driveway parking and can even open the driveway gate and park all the way back!

Other things to note
The lower level is a mother-in-law's basement apartment and it has its own private entrance.

HOUSE RULES:
1. We do charge $25/day for a pet, added to the booking.
2. You need to know and understand that this house has a basement mother-in-law private unit below you. Like a hotel or apartment, at times, they can hear you and you can hear them. The house has been remodeled and it's so cute and comfy but as it is an older home, the floors are thinner and noise carries. It is important that you are willing to be respectful, and both upper and lower unit guests agree to follow quiet hours of 10 pm-8 am as well as just being respectful at all hours.
3) Locals must message before booking!
4) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by VRBO through the house manual or check-in guide. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here on the VRBO platform on our listing.
5) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.
6) There will be a $100 per pet if an undisclosed pet is found on the premises
