Located on the south end of the island, this condo offers beautiful views of Lovers Key State Park, Big Carlos Pass and the Gulf of Mexico from your screened in lanai. Immaculate and beautifully decorated, this fully furnished, second floor vacation condo features tile and carpet, private washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and free WiFi.

You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your gorgeous, fully-equipped remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on your lanai. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining. The lanai is your gateway to the outdoors and private enjoyment of our fresh sea air!

The living area is tastefully decorated. It's the perfect place for everyone to watch movies on the flat screen TV, play board games, read a book or for just quiet contemplation. Full of style and fun, the open floor plan for the living and dining areas enjoy tile throughout, and one gets the feeling that sandy feet are perfectly ok. (There's a sleeper sofa to accommodate two extra guests.) Pull back the sliding doors, and the space connects to a screened-in lanai where you can soak in the fabulous Direct Gulf Views.

The Master Bedroom En Suite's restful decor will ensure a great night's rest on the queen bed- but also has a TV if you're looking for a late night program. You also have a private lanai access from the Master and a magnificent view of the Gulf from your bedroom window. Why not turn off the A/C, open the sliding glass door and let the waves be your only alarm clock. Then there's the beautiful Master Bath that has been completely remodeled. At the other end of the condo is the Guest Bedroom featuring two twin beds and a Full Private Guest Bath, which has also been remodeled with a convenient walk in shower.

The beachfront pool offers a place for swimming or just enjoying our sun-filled days with great views of the Gulf and Lovers Key State Park. There are patio lounge areas, a social room for card playing and kitchen facilities, covered picnic areas, BBQ grills, secured lobby entry, elevators and trash chutes.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. Your secluded beachfront is 7 miles of our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters - a place for family fun in the sun, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills, and our world famous sunsets! The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle!

Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
