Five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a spacious basement, and a huge backyard with a fully-maintained hot tub provide for together time and privacy.

Lovely and well-situated place

Staying there was a great experience for us. The home was well stocked, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and the interior was truly impressive. The location was perfect, and Kaci and Aaron were fantastic hosts. We are looking forward to staying there again.

35 minutes from 4 ski resorts!

Comfortable space to enjoy multiple family ski vacation. House was clean with good amenities and working hot tub for tired muscles. Roku TV allowed our group to share pics and videos in the evening.

Great stay in Sandy!

We loved staying at this house! It was clean and comfortable, and convenient to the mountains. The host was very responsive. We all loved using the hot tub after a long day of skiing.

Great stay in Sandy

House was comfy and nice, everything worked great, nearby lots of shopping and food but in a nice neighborhood. Great central location for the numerous events we were attending on our trip. Would stay again.

Wonderful month!

We spent one month in Kaci and Aaron’s home. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The house was clean and tidy, and offered all the amenities of home (plus a hot tub!) Communication with Kaci could not have been easier. Travel to and from the slopes was a breeze. The proximity to grocery stores and restaurants was an added bonus. Simply put: our stay was a 10 out of 10! Thank you both!

Fabulous house!

We stayed at this home for 9 nights, it was perfect for our visit. Close to our friends and family as well as the mountains. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Very spacious, great beds and pillows. The dryer was broken while we were there, but Kaci offered to have our laundry done by her service for free. The communication with the hosts was fabulous. Any questions we had, they replied very quickly. We definitely will return to this home. Thank you for a great visit!

Perfect Setting, Perfect Stay

If you need a lovely stay in the Salt Lake City area, with breathtaking views, this is the right place for you! After a long drive cross country, we settled into this beautiful home for some respite. It was perfect. Local restaurants were top rated and delicious, walks in the neighborhood with amazing views were a daily favorite, and hiking trails were just around the corner. The hosts were available and always within reach for questions and recommendations. We highly recommend this wonderful, clean and spacious home!

Excellent Stay

We stayed for five nights and it was everything we needed for a mixed family to stay. Two of my kids plus my mother in law and brother in law. Everyone had what they needed and it was great to relax! Would definitely stay again! :)

Very comfy house

My family came to SLC for a wedding and the house was perfect for us. The cost was a bit higher than we wanted but the roominess and cleanliness made up for it. We would recommend staying in this home.

Wonderful home for our family vacation.

Great location, beautiful home with lots of room. We were visiting Evermore Park and the Salt Lake. Plenty of room choices with comfortable beds and the softest sheets ever. Fantastic fenced yard for our dog, a first for us. The kids were spoiled by the extra cable tv choices. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of linens and hot water. Wonderful hot tub that I wish we could have enjoyed more than one night. Very spacious garage to park in. Kaci was a wonderful host to work with. Thank you for our stay. Would absolutely come here again!

Great family spot

We were extremely satisfied with the house and our stay. Plenty of room for 8 including 1 child. Very comfortable overall. Only recommendations are 1) to have a mirror in each bedroom and 2) space heaters for downstairs. The first 2 days were chilly rain/snow. Though the heat comes from the ceiling down there, the cold radiating from the floor made it noticeably chilly downstairs . If there were a couple heaters, it would have been enough to make it h more comfortable downstairs.

So close to the Mountain America Expo Center!

Great location in a quiet residential neighborhood. The home is nicely appointed, decorated tastefully and has comfortable Casper beds. We were in the area for a CMP Regional match just 9 minutes away at the Mountain America Expo Center. Also was an easy location to head to Salt Lake and other nearby attractions.

Great House - Perfect Location

You couldn't ask for a better house as a base for outdoor activities in the mountains east of Salt Lake City. All the bedrooms were as listed, endless supply of towels, well outfitted kitchen and spotless. Great location, 25 minutes to Alta/Snowbird, just a little more to the other canyons. Suburban location with ample supermarkets, restaurants, ski rentals, etc. all within 10 minutes. Excellent communication and owner willing to work with us on available early check in.

Sandy retreat

I stayed at Kaci’s home in sandy UT with 3 skiing buddies. This home was super clean and nicely appointed. Not in SLC but very close to Canyon skiing and some very good restaurants. I will be coming back.

Our first vacation to the beautiful state of Utah.

Without much prior knowledge of Utah other than a few ski resorts we had planned to visit we had no idea how convenient this house was to local amenities and the slopes. The home was clean and recently updated to include a hot tub that was very enjoyable and practically located on the property. The garage was an added bonus as it allowed us easy and convenient entry into the home. The owners were easy to work with and their desire to provide a well equipped home for our vacation was evident. We would go back to this home without hesitation.

Recently Remodeled & Comfortable

My family stayed at Kaci’s home for the Thanksgiving holiday. The neighborhood and home were very comfortable for my family of 7… I particularly loved the new mattresses for a good nights sleep. My teenagers stayed downstairs playing games and watching movies. There was plenty of room upstairs for my younger children as well. I would absolutely stay here again!
