Welcome to our 3BR/2BA home!

We have dedicated our space to bring you and your family a fun and safe environment.
Live/Work/Play on your own private backyard paradise which includes:
- Tiki bar with a mini fridge
- Outdoor Pool/Spa
- Indoor Jacuzzi
- Grill
- Fire pit and more.

3BR/2BA home sits on a 1/2 acre corner lot that has a large yard and a screened lanai with a heated pool and spa. Additional perks include smart TVs, dedicated workspace, large open concept kitchen/dining area.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and natural light, 2 large sliders open the whole space up to the lanai where you will find a tiki bar, dining table for 6, 2 sitting area, fire pit, gas BBQ grill, lounge pool chairs and our amazing pool and spa.

Electrical hookup available for your RV.

LIVING AREA

The open-concept living area features 2 Serta convertible sofas and a smart TV with Roku access.

L-Shaped Home Office Corner Desk with office chair

KITCHEN & DINING

Large U shaped open concept kitchen with dining and Florida room. Make your morning brew with the helpful Keurig coffee maker and ask Alexa to play some tunes.

When it’s time to dine, gather together at the six-person table, 2 bar chairs at the counter and/or make use of our outside table for 6.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom provides a king-size bed, patio access, and plenty of closet space with floor to celling mirrors. The suite bathroom is configured with a private jacuzzi and walk-in shower.

Second bedroom provides a queen-size memory foam bed, patio/pool access, closet space with floor to ceiling mirrors.

Third bedroom includes 2 single beds and closet space with floor to ceiling mirrors.

The second bathroom is fitted with a shower and laundry space.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Leisurely days are enjoyed in the backyard oasis, complete with a screened lanai, electrical heated pool (up to 6’-deep)/spa and loungers for sunbathing.

Make use of the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout. Enjoy delicious al fresco meals at the table for six.

The large yard is perfect for lawn games. In the evening, sit around the wood-burning fire pit.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.

Parking is available in the driveway. We have available electrical connection for RV. Street parking and on the lawn is not permitted.

For your safety, our home is fully secured with SimpliSafe alarm system with doorbell camera, security alarm, exterior motion sensors and cameras, and keyless entry.

POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating is optional. This must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to check-in.
The heater mechanism is on from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm and the temperature is set between 82 F to 90 F degrees.
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a Hot Tub or Jacuzzi).
The pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when the weather is near-freezing temperatures.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed this beautiful home, with heated pool and large back deck. Location was great. Close to Botanical Gardens, and beach. Lot's of great restaurants. Would stay again at this property.

Fun times on the treasure coast

Our family had a great stay in Fort Pierce. The house was clean and had all the necessary supplies. Our kids had a blast in the heated pool and our family enjoyed the nearby beaches. Thanks for the fun times!

Excellent House and even better hosts!

Great house, perfect set up at pool with sauna. Family room opens up to pool with 8 or 10 ft sliders. Well equipped kitchen. Pool towels, beach chairs, etc. King size master bed was very comfortable. Perfect location to beach, Ft. Pierce night life, etc. If you are going down for baseball, very close to Lawnwood! Overall excellent experience.

When arriving walked into the house and there was a loud whistling noise coming from the master bathroom. Granted it was fixed but that was just one of the many problems. The cleanliness wasn't what I would consider acceptable. The counter was dirty and had sticky spots. The master bathroom vent had cob webs/dust hanging off it. The main bathrooms toilet seat was broken and when mentioned to the maintenance guy who came to fix the toilet his response was "yeah i noticed that earlier" and never fixed it. The master bedrooms bedskirt was dirty. There was a piece of molding broke on the floor and if someone walked close to the wall turning the corner would of cut their foot. The soap/ body wash container in the master bath had mold in it. The shelf in the master bath is full of dust. The jacuzzi in the master bath had dead spiders in it and the soap in the main bath was stuck the soap holder with a dead bug attached to it. The cieling fans all we dusty. The HVAC system smells like bad body oder. The shades for the windows half were broken or were missing parts. The window sills were dirty. The pool area needs a major over haul/ re-do. The hot tub didn't work and when mentioned to the owners their response was the heat was on and rising. The patio furniture has holes it or falling apart. The one seating area on the patio has been taken over by fire ants so you can even use it. I've read other reviews and the owners seem to have a lot of excuses but no solutions.

Fell short

The property is a great location and a very quiet Neiborhood. The house was not very clean upon arrival. There was trash left in trash cans and an animal had got in it and was all over the front yard. Which we had to pick up..The inside had dirt and crumbs on the floor the laundry room still had towels in both machines. The bathrooms were somewhat clean. The pool cage and pool were less than satisfying. Dirty with Sunflower seeds, pistachios and cigarette butts on the pool deck. The pool was green and dirty and not filtering well at all. I went and bought some ant killer to take care of the fire ants that were all over the pool cage area and going into the master bedroom as well. Great potential but needs work on cleanliness and bug control.

Yes the pictures make the house look amazing but it’s NOT! It needs a lot of work. Very run down and the neighborhood looks very scetchy! The front door was a double door and could be easy kicked in. We did see inside where they probably put a bar across when nobody was there so the door couldn’t be kicked in. There were many broken items in the place. Toaster didn’t work, dryer had a hard time drying clothes, BBQ was not functional at all (completely rusted out) and grills were missing. Many blinds were broken so windows weren’t completely covered. Owner was always available when we spoke to him. The pool broke when we were there but it was fixed three days later. He sent a BBQ through Amazon (coal, which we had to buy). The place was clean inside though. And very spacious. If you asked me to stay here again I wouldn’t until they fixed it up. The pictures made it look better than it was!

Good, but has the potential to be excellent

Overall, this is a good property. With a bit of TLC this would be excellent. The positives: The good thing is the property is quite nice. It was clean and the big sliding door to the lanai with the hot tub and pool is fantastic. The location is good (although the price we paid I feel was high for a location that was not that close to beaches). The negatives: When we arrived, there were several deficiencies: there were not enough sheets for all the people staying, no dishwasher pods, no dish soap, no dish towels/cloths, several light bulbs burnt out, no spare toilet paper. These are actually all minor and were rectified by the owner which is good, but these minor things kind of spoil the first impression and are easily avoidable by having the cleaning service go through some sort of checklist before the arrival of guests. Other issues we had, that we didn't contact the owners about (since I was tired of having to contact them): toaster (under the counter) didn't work, middle burner on stove top didn't work, not enough lidded garbage cans (garbage from earlier guests so we had to use the unlidded container which an animal got into and spread over the driveway). When we arrived the BBQ grease tray was full and dripping on the propane tank. Also the BBQ burners are basically shot and need to be replaced. They basically shoot out large flames. We managed to be able to use it but wasn't great due to the large flames. The outdoor furniture seemed old and worn (patio chairs are quite uncomfortable, could be due to wear as you can really feel the bar under the legs). Finally the two beds are too soft, with no support and therefore uncomfortable; we all woke up sore, but perhaps a firmer mattress is just a preference thing. I think with some sort of proper guest pre-arrival check and some mattress, furniture and BBQ updates this place could easily be an excellent stay.

Just as great the second time!

This was our second stay at this property, and won't be the last. Aside from the location being perfect for our visits to see family, the home itself is wonderful. Lots of space that is very well maintained, and there were even upgrades to the pool area since our last stay! Communication with Jennifer and Rafa is so easy and timely, and they are so generous and flexible. The home is also great for hosting family for dinners and other gatherings - we had family/friends over twice and both times they were full of compliments for the home. Of course, a pool that is heated and well maintained so we can swim with our baby even in December isn't too shabby, either!

More than we could have asked for!

We booked this home because it was close to where I grew up - which was surprising on its own, because it's a small town! While the location was perfect, the house was so much better than we ever expected to find! The house itself is spacious and very well decorated/appointed. It is great for entertaining if that is something you're looking for - we hosted a dinner for my family totaling 9 people + a baby and there was plenty of room to chat and hang out while we grilled and cooked inside. The open spaces were great for gathering. This house also comes with a pool/spa combo and awesome outdoor area, which we spent most of our time in because the fans and the breeze helped turn the Florida summer heat into the perfect temperature. Finally, while the house was awesome, the hosts were just as great! There were a few questions on our end about the pool (it was our first time putting our baby in a pool so we had questions about chemicals) and they were SO responsive and quick to resolve any questions we had. It was an absolute pleasure being able to stay at such a lovely home and know that we had great hosts just a message away in case we needed anything. I highly recommend booking this home for your next stay if you're looking to spend time in a small-ish town near the beach in Florida!

family time

The property and home is comfortable, family friendly and has everything you need. It is suitable for all ages and abilities. A disabled family member was able to get around without any issues. We enjoyed our stay! The hosts were helpful with any questions.
