This cozy condo is situated in the best possible spot for your next ski or snowboarding adventure. You can literally step out of your condo and 700 feet away lie the Park City Mountain Resort ski lifts. If you're visiting during non-winter seasons, don't worry, because Park City's Historic Main Street is just a couple of short minutes away, where shopping, dining, art galleries, and plenty of other festivals and activities are always taking place. During the summer months, the Park City Farmer's Market takes place in the parking lot next to your condo where fresh fruit and vegetables are next door for your enjoyment. Don't hesitate, as this gem won't last long!

This stylish getaway features an open living room with plenty of seating for any social gathering. The kitchen has all of the essential items available so that you can make any meal fit for all occasions. If you're wanting to decompress after a long day on the slopes, head over to the shared hot tub and have a little you time.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A trundle bed with two twins can be converted to a queen for additional sleeping options.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful stay, highly recommended

I went in October so not a huge tourist crowd. Location was easily walkable to Main Street and the mountain for hiking/biking was literally in the back yard. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location to PCMR. Quiet and relaxing!

We enjoyed the location to PCMR and the trails. Plus main street shuttle picks up and drops off right in front of Silver King. Place is kept well with furnishings and condition. We found this place very quiet and relaxing.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location for walking to the Mountainside activities. There is a bus stop right in front of the condo and the busses are free. The pool was also very nice.

Great location! Can walk to mountainside activities and to Mainstreet via stairs through city park, or you can ride the city bus, which stops in front of the Condo for free. The pool was not crowded and very nice.

Good for families

Stayed here over spring break with my family, including 2 teenagers. Plenty of space; easy in and out.Loved having the washer/dryer in the apartment to do laundry during our stay.Kitchen did not have measuring spoons which was odd, and made it hard to cook on evening but we made it work.It's about a 8-10 min walk to the base of the mountain for the lifts. If you have really little kids that are not used to hauling gear in altitude it could be a challenge for them. It was fine for us with older kids.Overall, enjoyed our stay here!

Nice place to hang our

This is a very nice condo, more room than a hotel type facility. We had a ground level room which offered a walk out sliding door. Free shuttle bus stop right outside the complex.

Great little Condo, great location

Very nice Condo for our visit. We were primarily interested in easy access to restaurants and shopping with easy parking and quiet evenings. We were not disappointed. Not many bells and whistles, but a clean comfortable place to stay.

Prime Location in Park City

This was my family’s third stay at the Silver King Lodge and this condo was probably our favorite because of its proximity to the ski lockers and outdoor ski access. The underground parking at Silver King is amazing-especially in snowy conditions. This condo was the perfect size for our family of three. Ski rental next door at Shadow Ridge was very convenient . We hope to be back soon!

Perfect location for the Sundance Film Festival

We stayed for the Sundance Film Festival. There is a bus stop with routes to all festival venues at Silver King. Very spacious and having two full bathrooms made getting ready to go out easy. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer in the condo allowed us to pack lighter. Having a workout room on site was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place and even better location

Place was great. Been to PC many times and you can’t beat the location. Slopes right out the back door and bus stop right out the front door. Overall building is a little older but adequate and the hot tub, while hot, pretty much is useless. Most of the the jets don’t work… just to be clear, this is the common hot tub and has nothing to do with the unit. Overall the unit was great and we would definitely stay there again..

Park City Ski Trip

It would be great to have some instruction on how to use the TV in the living room. The other thing is to emphasize the fact there’s a wood burning fireplace. We would have purchased wood on the way in.

Great Location. Tired Condo

The location is great. Easy walk to lifts and short drive to Main Street. Good price and value, but the condo is dated and tired and needs updating. That said it is comfortable and cozy. The fireplace flue does not work well and was very smelly and smoky. It needs to be fixed.

Old and overpriced

We had scores of friends staying in other locations in Park City. Compared to where they were staying, Silver King, the price was $50 a night too much, the rugs need replacing, cracked basins and the cabinets are in poor shape. If I were VRBO,I would drop this property from your listing. Greg Sargent

Back to the 90s

Property in serious need of updating. No tissues no coffee no batteries in remote musty air quality and late checkin a disaster. Property manager was not informed by VACASA of our arrival. We woke him up at 1 am and he let us in. Our flight was delayed and we called VACASA for late check in instructions We were given the code for the lock box which worked but no key inside. Property manager said VACASA rarely gives them the correct information. I will never book with VRBO if VACASA is the host.

Not as nice as it looks.

Upon arriving at the property, we immediately noticed that the carpet needed cleaning and had obvious spots. There were also some spots on the furniture. Otherwise, it appeared fairly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen appeared updated, but the coffee maker did not work well. Our biggest concern was that no secure wifi was offered. You could log-on to the complex's wifi, but it is an open network!! We didn''t use it. The parking was tight with an SUV.
