Completely remodeled in September of 2021, no expense was spared to create our ocean view oasis. This one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features thoughtful luxurious finishes throughout. Located in sunny and luxurious Wailea, with all of Maui is within reach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, luxury beach towels and a cooler are all provided to enjoy a day at the beach nearby.



The Space:

Welcome to Upscale and Elegant Vistas. The newest addition to The Vistas Vacations of Maui's family of stylish and luxury condos in Kihei and Wailea. We want you to feel at home the moment you step inside. Our condo is located at desirable and posh Wailea Ekolu, a community nestled on the green lush slopes of Wailea. Conveniently positioned adjacent to many fine restaurants, cafes, and The Shops of Wailea a short walk away. The white and golden sand beaches of Wailea perfect to spend the whole day relaxing under the sun, or catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include two pools, several gas BBQ grills, and is within walking distance to many restaurants. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm and plumeria trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed environment, maintaining a vibrant community. Take a breath and experience Aloha!

Our condo features high speed internet and WiFi, a 70 inch Smart TV with your favorite streaming apps and local cable, a land line phone for free and unlimited calls to the US Mainland, Canada and Guam.

Our fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, blender, baking ware, French press, Keurig with K-cups provided, high end cookware, and all utensils including everything you need to BBQ. Dine inside at our beautiful live wood edge dining table with room for 4 or enjoy your meal on the lanai and lose yourself in the view. The oversized sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper when needed to comfortably sleep four. The master suite is fit for a king! A stunning king size bed with direct ocean views. The condo has two full bathrooms. Additional pillows and bed linens are provided. For your comfort we offer both memory foam and regular pillows. We provide fluffy bath, hand, and face towels to pair with our spa inspired bathrooms. Heading to the beach? Grab the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler to help make sure your time on the sand is relaxing. The washer and dryer are inside the unit. Parking is provided at no charge.



Guest Access:

Parking onsite Is provided at no charge. We recommend renting a car to explore all that Maui has to offer.



The Neighborhood:

Wailea is a high end planned community where there are a plethora of dining options, shopping and world class beaches. The Four Seasons Hotel, The Fairmont, The Andaz and the Grand Wailea are just around the corner.



Getting Around:

We always recommend having a rental car.



Other Things to Note:

Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.



Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.



Ensuite washer and dryer



Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear as a covid precaution.



Please note that the pictured grill has been removed due to new HOA regulations. The property features gas grills for your use and we provide your grill utensils.
