Stunning updated home! Located 3 blocks from Main Street in a quiet residential neighborhood. Perfect for family gatherings, retreats or couples weekend! The full kitchen offers everything needed for a quick snack or a complete meal! Bedrooms each boast a king size bed and 43" Televisions with cable and Roku. The patio entertaining area and kitchen also each sport a 55" TV, and a 65" graces the large updated Livingroom! Walk to Main Street for some shopping, wine tasting and dinner, then take a stroll back to enjoy a fire on the patio! A perfect ending to a perfect stay!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC) Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will not be visible.

Very nice home in a great location

This is a nice property and is conveniently located. Just a few blocks from main street. The home was very clean and well thought out. The outside patio was a great addition as was the shuffleboard table inside!

Perfect house for couples

We just stayed here with two other couples and the house was perfect! Open and spacious but the bedrooms were private and welcoming. The best beds I've ever had in a rental! Huge covered patio with fireplace. We can't wait to come back!

Among the very best homes we’ve rented, for many reasons. What you see in the pictures in what you get, and better. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable in size as are the bathrooms. The kitchen area was well-appointed and made for ideal space to prepare meals and enjoy them onsite. The outdoor space was such a blessing. We spent a lot of time there and, with a 6-yr old, it was easy for her to work off energy while we could keep an eye out. Especially loved storm watching one evening with the gas fireplace going. The communications were thorough and prompt. Plenty of supplies and a laundry room was a plus. Easy walking access to Main St. and able to get to wineries and breweries in the area.

This property was perfect for our girl's trip! There was plenty of room for both privacy and for gathering together. It's a very easy 10 minute walk into town. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. A great stay!

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 4 bed/3 bath home. The backyard patio was a perfect gathering spot for the four couples. We loved the proximity to Main Street for shopping and Oktoberfest. The kitchen was well equipped and the owner was very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, immaculately clean, perfectly located home away from home! 3 Ten was everything it said it was and more! Beds are comfy, layout is perfect for a group, and all the amenities, even blow dryers and coffee were included! Everything worked as it should and there were no surprises. I'd stay here before looking any further on future trips. 3 Ten made our Fredricksburg trip the best yet!

We loved staying at 3 Ten. The accommodations were spacious and welcoming. Absolutely accurate online description and photos. Close enough to walk to downtown if you so choose and a very quiet neighborhood. We will plan to stay there again!

Perfect couples getaway weekend!

This house was perfect for us for a group couples trip. Right in town close to everything. House is beautiful and the attention to detail is SO good. We loved playing shuffleboard while hanging out in the open kitchen/living space. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful!

This house was the perfect place for our girls weekend. Location was great! We walked to Main Street and the grocery is a 3 min drive. The beds were very comfortable and the lay out of the house was perfect for a group of 7. I would highly recommend this house and will definitely be back!
