Fishing trip

We were greeted with a welcome card and a fresh bowl of fruit and fresh cut flowers in a vase! Everything was beautiful! Comfy beds with comfy sheets, and lots of towels and beach towels! The house was also very well stocked with bathroom supplies, and if we forgot something like a toothbrush or sunscreen that was there too. Pool was nice and cool not too hot like a lot of the houses I have rented before. Easy access to the bay for those that would like to bring a boat. We enjoyed our stay very much.

To start with the good parts - the hosts are extremely nice and accommodating! We had flowers, chocolates, fruit, wine & a happy father’s day card waiting for us when we arrived. The checkin process was as smooth as can be. House was clean, beds were insanely comfortable. Pool was a perfect temperature and also clean. The house is super close to all things food and shopping!For the not so good parts - the house stayed HOT. It wouldn’t get below 77 during the day and 72 at night. I would blame it on the 100 degree weather, but being from Georgia with 100 degree weather, mine and my families homes have no issues with our AC units keeping our houses in the 60s. This house isn’t as “private” as it’s advertised or that reviews say it is. There’s two houses being built directly across. The photos are sadly false advertisement. The pool area looked 10 years older in person than it did in pictures (the whole house, actually). The dock area with the lounge chairs, umbrella, etc. was absolutely nothing like the pictures. The nice chairs in the pictures with cushions and an umbrella were not there. There were instead two plastic blue chairs and no umbrella. One of the chairs seemed to be broken. There’s also no hammock like there is in the picture. The chairs by the table on the back patio also have no cushions on them. Now, it may be because of all the storms recently but that should be disclosed when booking. The house is without a doubt extremely overpriced for what you get.

Spring break

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The pool was amazing and it was so peaceful to sit outside and enjoy the view. Everything inside the house was stocked. We would definitely come back!

Everything you need for a relaxing stay!

Our entire group was so impressed with what this property had to offer! The water views were my personal favorite, nothing better than enjoying a quiet morning on the dock! The heated pool was large and very clean. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need, from beach gear to extra toiletries. Check in and out was seamless and communication was excellent. The outdoor space provides a great variety of seating areas that work well for a bigger group, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Could have been the hours in the sun, but we all found the beds to be super comfortable. We had no complaints about this home and think the hosts are doing an excellent job maintaining the property and the guest experience!

We had great wk! We loved the home! We would recommend it! They had all we needed in kitchen as we love to cook in! Kayaks were great! Loved the pool and outside area! The owners checked on us! They were available for any questions!

Long Weekend getaway

We loved this property!! I have used VRBO before and have been impressed but none of the others have had all the amenities that this property offered. Everything was thought of, from the chocolate, Long stem roses and bottle of wine waiting for us when we opened the door to the sun protection and plenty of Beach towels for the pool. Lots of products incase you forgot something and even birthday candles incase you are celebrating. We were amazed at how private the location was and how clean the house was. The location is close to Punta Gorda and worked out well for our needs. We were looking for quite and private and it delivered. The canal view was amazing. I could float in the pool and watch boats sail by. The neighborhood is quite and from 9 on you could hear the waves clear and nothing else seemed to matter. I cannot say enough about this place except we cannot wait to come back.

Very nice, clean home

Property is very clean and welcoming. Property manager very responsive. Homes on the street are a mix of older and newer styles. The pool and backyard are fantastic and offer wonderful partial views of Charlotte Harbor. Very nice home.

Port Charolette charming water view home

Our family enjoyed this clean, welcoming home while in town for a sports tournament. The location was convenient to shopping, dining and recreation. The pool, grill and waterfront are lovely! The 3 bedroom house is on a quiet street. The owners welcomed us with a basket of treats, new towels and plenty of household supplies. It worked out perfectly for our family visit.

Great location. Beautiful home. Homeowners left fabulous welcome gift. Home was well supplied. The homeowners were fantastic and easy to reach at anytime. Our kids LOVED the pool!! I would highly recommend this home!!

A very clean and extremely well equipped home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners made themselves available 24/7 and showed gracious flexibility like we've never experienced before from previous home owners in other cities and states. We would be happy to stay here again.
