POOL and HOT TUB HEAT: Pool and hot tub heat fee is included in your rate.   Pool is serviced weekly. Pool heat is available from November 1st to March 31st and hot tub heat is available all year long.  Max pool heat is 85 degrees.  Guests will be provided access to the pool and hot tub heat through Pentair Pool App upon arrival.

OUTDOOR GRILL: The BBQ includes a propane tank. We will do our best to monitor a filled tank, but we are sorry we can not provide refills for propane. Guests are welcome to swap the tank for a full tank at the local store.  All guests must clean the grill after use.

PETS:  We are a pet friendly home with an additional $100 pet fee for your stay.
