Each bedroom, as well as the living room, has its own TV. Step outside to enjoy the beach view from our lovely seating area, where you can savor your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while taking in the beautiful weather, gentle breezes, and stunning sunrises. We are conveniently located just 10 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine.

Loved the location; easy access to the beach. We called for extra blankets and they were delivered promptly. Good response time. A cute place, but it needs some TLC & to be sprayed for bugs. Tripping hazard from raised floor tiles in the kitchen, the bedroom overhead light was not functioning. Sliders were very tough to open. The furnace closet seemed to be harboring breeding bugs.

Loved the location. It was nice having a cart to carry beach stuff to and from the beach. Easy access into apartment. I would love to stay at this location again, but due to back issues that I deal with the furniture (living room & bedroom) is too soft for individuals such as myself. However, I would highly recommend this location for others to consider. All email conversations with Angela Moro were answered promptly. The beach was clean & though the apartment was located next to a busy public beach access there was no issues with noise. My sister & I really enjoyed the stay.

Satisfied with our stay

We loved our stay and felt we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The boardwalk that took us out to the beach was a bit unstable, boards were loose and did not feel entirely safe, could use some work. Other than that everything was great. Sat and watched the sunrise every morning on the benches. The turtles were a pleasant surprise and so fun to watch.

Nice stay but could be better

Location was perfect and so convenient to walk to the beach. Communication with the property manager could definitely be better. The back door from the living room doesn’t lock and there’s a stick keeping it from opening. When I messaged Angela letting her know, she didn’t message me back which was disappointing. There’s some basic repairs that need to be made that would make the condo more pleasant for renters.

Very relaxing place

Beautiful place, needs a few repairs, couldn't get washer to work came up error & faucet handle on one of the sinks didn’t work, kitchen slide door came off track, but over all great place to stay. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Beach week

Great beach with easy access. Apartment building is older, inside very clean and worked well for a beach stay with my pups! The owners were wonderful to work with and we enjoyed are week of rest at the beach. The gopher turtles, sun rise and flowers on property made it magical.

Beach getaway - great location

The unit is in a great location, there are stairs to the beach from the back and it is right next to the public access road. The unit itself is very spacious and the kitchen is very well supplied. There is a lot to do in the area and we went on a sailing catamaran in Saint Augustine, and also went on some other tours. We had our two small dogs with us and we found the area to be extremely pet friendly.There was a caretaker on the premises and he was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for the Old Florida feel. It is also very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants.

Overall the place was perfect. We loved the access to the beach and the quietness. We appreciated the beach supplies and enjoyed seeing the turtles. The place wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed in, but not much to complain about.

Bike week

The apartment was cute and spacious. The ocean view is obstructed by a tall set of sand dunes but it was nice to sit on the benches and see over them. A few problems, the outside outlet didn’t work(we needed it to plug the trike battery charger in at night.) The ice maker wouldn’t dispense ice. Neither recliner would recline, which would have been nice after the long days of riding. But we made the best of everything and I’d stay here again!!

Prime location

Being a dune boardwalk away from the ocean and hearing the waves was wonderful. So many FL beaches are not dog friendly, but this beach area was. The apt was comfortable and as pictured, and is perfect for 2 people. There are endless things to explore and do in the area, and in St. Augustine.

Not good communication with host. Footsteps from the beach but vehicle access and beach parking directly south. So if your looking for a quiet spot. This is not it. Showing wear in apartment and furnishings. Would have been nice to have the main entry swept of sand before we got there to keep the sand inside the unit down. Never heard back when contacting host thru vrbo requesting more then 2 beach towels.

We enjoyed our stay at this property location in proximity to beach was great. Here is my suggestion...have a beach wagon that have the fat tires to carry all your beach stuff. We had to make several trips to get our stuff down to beach and a wagon would have been helpful. .

A quick getaway

Really enjoyed being able to get up and walk out on the beach and watch the sunrise and after spending the day in Saint Augustine come back and relax on the beach. The unit was well kept and clean friendly people. Would definitely go back here

Clean, Comfortable, Great Location!

Upon walking in I was amazed at was how clean the apartment was, especially for a pet home. It is the first beach rental I recall where I did not have to wash the dishes and kitchen utensils before I used them! The beds were so comfortable, as was the rest of the furniture. The property is in the process of being renovated, so we did experience a little hiccup during our two week stay, but the property owner was right on it, with good communication while it was being resolved. It was an extra nice to be able to bring our dog and step right outside the door to take him for a walk. We like quiet and less congestion so the location was perfect for us. The beach was beautiful!!! Thank you Angela for a wonderful stay!!!!

Placen beach get away!!!!

Place is clean and description is accurate. Don’t expect luxury but its is very spacious and comfortable. On the beach, easy to find and again a good place to stay for a few days while you visit places. They are restaurants around and one one next to the property and a gas station across the street. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises, comfortable beds and multiple TVs. Here is what i would recommend, have some beach gear like folding chairs for those that come out of state and have extra bed linens for the sofa. Internet is reliable, A/C is good and a overall is a good place unless you expect luxury. Nice apartment for adults with older children. We stayed at the main floor with a nice patio.
